If the store is a high shrink store, any customer that carries a big purse is automatically a potential shoplifter. They don't know you. So you shouldn't take it personally that they're just doing their job.

You should contact corporate. They most likely won't see your complaint here. If she was on lunch break, thats one thing but if it was just a smoke break thats another. I know of this Christy person through a friend of mine. She is a very snobbish person and does need to be fired for her response for refusing to help.
