igomogul has you sign up for their services, they then register your domain with godaddy.com at that time igomogul receives the confirmation of registration ownership, they have the log on, password and PIN, you do not. So igomogul owns the domain name, not you. Everything you place on the website is copyrighted to the owner of the domain, igomogul, also they can sell, trade, give away the domain and its contents at any time without your consent or knowledge. You may get paid for the reviews but as far as the domain ownership, you are letting igomogul use your money to register, design, and promote a website THEY own!
Try asking for verification from godaddy.com that you own the domain name, ask igmogul to send you the log on, password and PIN so that you can verify that you own the domain. You won't get it, all you will get is an email that your an idiot who doesn't understand business.

The owner of igomogul called and spoke to me on the phone to resolve my dispute with igomogul. I told him I was p***** at the unprofessional way one of his employees had insulted me when I asked for verification that I owned my domain name before I proceeded any further with the website. He apologized and told me that I was indeed the registered owner of the domain name and patiently explained how I could verify that information with godaddy. After verifying that I was the registered owner of the domain name I again spoke to the owner. I told him that I was willing to update my complaints to show that I had resolved that aspect of my complaint. I also told him that if I decided to move forward with the website that igimogul had designed and I discovered it was a case of fool me once shame on, fool me twice shame on me, I would be back on the complaints forums.
I make mistakes... alot ... but unlike some people I'm not embarrassed to admit my mistakes and broadcast them, so that others might not make the same mistake. At this point in time I am willing to proceed with caution and discover for myself if I simply encountered an employee that was in a bad mood or if igomogul can live up to its promises. If at the end of the 90 days I discover that I'm a twice the fool I will be back with a vengence making my opinion known.
I've finally figured out how this scam works. Igomogul gets you to contract a website design through them. Igomogul
makes an account with godaddy listing you as the registrant, this is $10 a year. Once a person looks at the "who is" and sees they
are the registrant they are convinced they control the domain name. If they look at the bottom they will discover that it says
registrant can not delete, renew, transfer, or update the account. Should you call godaddy they will tell you that only the person
or company with the log on, password, PIN or account number has control over the domain account. As such the person or company with
that information can delete, renew, transfer, update, sell, give away, or close the account at any time without consent from the
registrant or their knowledge. Should the website fail Igomogul simply tells the registrant is it their fault. Should the website
prove successful Igomogul hs the legal right to sell it and keep th money. Furthermore the content placed on the website is
copyrighted to whom ever has the account information, so that also becomes the property of Igomogul.
Igomogul can use godaddy design and development tools to create the site, this cost less than $50 a year.
At the end of the first 90 days Igomogul demands more money, if you do not pay then they remove the ads from the free AdSense program
and the website now requires a membership log in fee. If you want links added to your webpage Igomogul asks for more money, again
this is a free program that they do not pay for. The bottom line is that Igomogul takes advantage of people who do not have the
experiance to realize everything provided by Igomogul is free or costs less than $100 a year.
Igomogul also uses your google account information to add Analytic, AdSense and the webmaster tool. All of these programs are free so
Igomogul pays nothing to use them. The webmaster tool is the most important one for Igomogul to have access too. Should godaddy
agree to transfer the domain account to you then Igomogul still controls the website through the webmaster tool. Once Igomogul has
the code to the webmaster tool you are locked out and can not verify ownership of the website or use it. At this point it is a
standoff, you can sell the domain name however Igomogul is the only ones with access to what is added or removed from it. The
website becomes worthless to both parties.
Igomogul knows the odds are in their favor that they will not have to refund any money. Most people have used their credit cards
to pay Igomogul and are accruing interest, hiring a lawyer and the added expense of traveling back and forth to Pheonix is also
beyond their means. Arizona small claims maximum is well below what most people have paid so they will take a loss if they persue
small claims and win. When faced with the options most people cut their losses, give up and go away.
Should you file complaints with the Arizona BBB then Igomogul says that if you sign a different agreement they will release
control to you. If you agree to sign then you forfeit all the money you have paid Igomogul and also agree not to persue any
further legal action against Igomogul. Why should you sign an agreement to take control of something that Igomogul was paid to create
for you and register ownership for you in your name?
Igomogul claims that the Statement of Work protects them from lawsuits and being forced to give you a refund. If you read the SOW
crefully you will notice that it says they are working on a website for the client. Since Igomogul owns and controls the website
they are their own client and they are using your money to develop and design a website for themselves.
When push comes to shove and you demand verification of anything via email or mail Igomogul refuses, they insist all conversations
take place over the phone. If you should call them and you refuse to accept what they tell you they then begin playing a phone
shell game with you, transferring you from one person to the next until you give up. They want to play he said she said phone tag
so that you do not have any proof as to what was said over the phone.

I finally received the log on, password, PIN and account # for the godaddy domain Igomogul registered in my name however it is worthless.
Igomogul still controls the hosting files and without those I can not do anything with the website. While the good news is Igomogul can no longer do anything with the domain name, the bad news I can not do anything with the website.
This company has so many scamming tricks you know they have had much practice.
Further resarch has shown that Igomogul target women over the age of 50 with an income below $30, 000 a year, with a limited education and no children.
Here is the link to verify this.

Arizona BBB has Igomogul under review also file complaints with all the agencies I have listed here and even tho it takes some time you ill get your money back.
Grfx make sure you filed a complaint with Arizona BBB, Arizona Attorney General, your state Attorney General, IC3 and I also sent emails to Arizona Governor and both Arizona Senators insisting that the state agencies do more than contact Igomogul and ask if their running a scam.
Just send emails to all of them.
In January we had a problem with our reception. A service representative came to our house to investigate the problem. He discovered that the eye on the satellite was faulty and replaced it. In Febuary we received our bill with a $49.95 service charge. When I called to dispute the charge I was told that they would apply a $35 credit but we would have to pay the remaining $14.95, and suggested I add their $5.99 monthly protection to avoid this service charge in the future. I emailed Direct TV and they replied that they leased the equiptment and as such the service charge was not their problem and I would have to pay it. This is just a marketing strategy to force customers to pay extra monthly fees for their protection plan and as such is an unethical way for them to avoid taking responsibilty for faulty equiptment provided, delivered and installed for them.
Once our contract is over we are hooking up our computer to our TV and watching television shows via the internet for free. We may not be able to record what we watch and we may not have some "perks" but at least we won't be paying an outrageous monthly fee to a company that manipultates their customers in this manner.
The company is located in Texas so you need to file a complaint with BBB there. You also need to file complaints with Attorney General offices in Cal and Texas. Cal because you indicate that is where you reside, and Tx because that is where the company is. File complaints with IC3 and FTC as well. You need a hard copy letter from the card company that was used for the charges showing that you made a complaint and what they determined. An email from them is less effective. Once you receive the letter, make a copy and file complaints explaining that there were fraudult charges made and you are unhappy that the company has not addressed the situation. No matter how the bank or credit company responds keep insisting they remove the charges and refund or remove the over draft charges. If they think they can frustrate you enough to go away then they will not do anything. Most of all making a pest of yourself tends to wear them down.
12/09 my husband lost his job and shortly after that he contacted Citi to cancel our credit card. When I made the final payment I wrote on the payment receipt "final payment on cancelled account" A few months later we cancelled our Direct TV account and agreed to make payments on the early cancellation fee. We received a letter from Direct TV that we owed $0 because the early cancellation fee had been charged to the credit card. With in 2 weeks we received a bill from Citi that the cancellation fee had been billed to the cancelled card. My husband and I both called to find out why this charge had been made to a cancelled card. Citi has given us several excuses and the run around. After several phone calls from both my husband and myself Citi agreed to send us a letter stating that the credit card had been cancelled and no charges would be made. At no time did Citi send us statements or any other communications between the time we originally called to cancel the card and the billing statement for this charge. Citi did not call us to make us aware that they were re-activating this account without our authorization. Since they have written verification in the form of the final payment statement showing that it was the last payment on a cancelled account they have no valid excuse for re-activating this account with out either mine of my husbands authorization. At this point we can not resolve this situation because Citi refuses to remove the charge. They claim that they did not require either my husband or my consent to authorize this charge on a cancelled account. According to Citi they are not legally obligated to notify us of a company billing them on a cancelled card.
I now demand a letter via snail mail concerning any and all communications with anyone and everyone! If the company I am dealing with starts making excuses about sending a hard copy thru the mail then I just say "Not interested." and hang up.
The Arizona Att Gen will send you letter saying that these companies have "violated no state laws" Apparently they are not interested in upholding federal laws.
