I completely understand what you are all talking about. I just found this charge this morning (39.95) and immediately called my bank and closed my debit card and am getting a new one. I know it's a pain but for some of you out there that are not getting their membership canceled when requested, you should look into closing the account the money is being taken from.
Also, I found a separate charge for 29.95 for a www.fit_fac.com or something like that. THIS IS PART OF THE ACAIPURE GROUP! The rep told me that I chose this option when getting my free sample. I was able to cancel this (I think). I am also going to the bank to dispute these two charges. Most banks or credit card companies are pretty good about help you out in situations like this one.
I am going to try and contact the Oprah show and let them know about this. Getting charged for things that were not made clear in the beginning is not right. And then getting charged for items that don't show up for weeks and not getting an email confirmation or anything is just plain unjust!

Have you ordered anything else around the time of the 5.95 charge? The 5.95 sounds like a shipping and handling fee that you may have had to pay for a free trial of something. This happened to me with Acai-Pure. I got a charge from Fit Fac as well for the same amount as you. I called and talked to them and they canceled my membership. I also canceled my debit card and disputed the charges. At this point, the safest thing to do would be to cancel the account that the payments are being taken from.
I can say from experience, you are going to have to cancel the account that you used to pay for the free trial. You will never get a hold of anyone at the company. Just dispute the charges and cancel the account

I just hope that you know that if you want a refund, this is not a website to get it. The company may not even look at this website. It is just a site that others can go to to help them decide if they want to use a company or product. Call the Wen customer service if you want a refund.
I am still surprised that people are falling for this crap! These "great" pills are mostly fillers so no wonder everyone gets sick! If you want Acai products, go to a Nutri-Sport or find a store that sells it so that you know how much they are going to take from your account! It's amazing that people are still falling for the "free just pay shipping" crap! Haven't you learned that NOTHING is free these days, especially with the economy? I guess my advise is free so I would take it and cancel the card you gave them because that's the only way to stop them from charging your account!
I was also wondering why people are still falling for a "weightloss miracle in a bottle." Haven't you all realized that they DON'T WORK! Acai is supposed to be used as a super food and weightloss is an added plus. But don't expect it to work that way for everyone!

That's really the oldest "diet" in the book. (even though its not a diet since we should be doing it all the time anyway!) I know where you all are coming from but do the right thing and quit falling for these scams!

I'm really not trying to be mean but these complaints keep popping up everyday and it really makes me wonder why people are still falling for this.
I did this too but took one pill and felt like crap. No super food is supposed to do that. Then looked at the lable and wow there is barely any acai in it. I then went online and saw these complaints and immediately canceled my card. I knew I would never get ahold of this company so I stopped it before it started. Luckily, they only charged me the shipping and handling before I canceled the card.
I more talking to the people who complain and complain but do nothing about it.
I am currently in the process of closing my accounts with M & I Bank in MN. They do nothing but cheat people out of their money. Horrible company!
One thing you should remember about electronic debit is that most businesses won't debit your account until the next business day. So if you pay on a Friday Saturday or sunday, they should at least credit your account on Monday for the payment.
If you know your payment is due on a certain day, plan accordingly! If you try to make a payment the day before over the internet, then you can't complain when it doesn't post to the account the next day. If it going to take four days to post, pay it 4 days before or even 5 to be safe! That is how most online payments are.
The only way out of this is to cancel the card you put the order on. They will not call you back if this info has changed which shows they they are fraudulent company. That is the only way. Just cancel the card and that will stop all charges
it's a really big mistake to put a credit card number on a web forum that anyone could read and use your card.
