You need to report the theft to the police. If someone came to your door, signed for the package, then both DHL and Coach are in the clear.
I just did a mock order and the shipping charge is on the cart page every time I add an item and it refreshes.
YOUR math is wrong. You are paying $13.99 for 250 tablets, OR $6.99 for each bottle ($13.99/2= $6.995). Which equals $.559 PER pill which equals, $5.59 for 100 pills. (.559X100=$5.59, which rounds to $5.60 per 100 pills). The unit price is correct.
Sell them and buy another pair. Kmart does not rent clothes, and 30 days is a generous return policy.
YOU messaged ME. I posted a response to your silly complaint right here in plain view where all could see it. Don't hide your comments in the message center who no one else can see them. Be a man and put it on here where everyone can see them. Or are you afraid by doing so everyone will see exactly why the employee treated you the way they did? Because based on your messages in my inbox, I sure can. You get what you give in this life, and when you treat people rudely you get treated rudely. You seem like a bully who gets off on harassing people you assume can not fight back. Well honey, I am not one of those people. And I am not your wife, daughter, or girlfriend. Talk that crap to them if it makes you feel like a man. They might take it.
Simple answer is they may have gotten caught and put on notice by the fire marshal. OR, being that it was a holiday, they may have not been busy, but had standing reservations. They accommodated you as best they could. Say thank you.
I do not get where you think I lied about you. You sound like a toddler. You admitted to using foul language and that is what I mentioned. You are the one who needs to grow up.
How about we post the entire exchange between us, shall we? The part where you initiated the messages. Here, I will do it.
Inappropriate Comment

You have really proven your point well, haven't you?
BTW, seeing as how you might be a tad slow, allow me to point out: that is what is called sarcasm ... (i.e. you are making my point).
Just so we are clear! Good job! :)

I am not the one who made the complaint about the employee. A customer can not show their ### and be rude to store personnel and then turn around and accuse THEM of bad behaviour. It makes you a hypocrite. Stop crying about it and grow up. If you do not like rude behaviour, do not show rude behaviour. I believe you have proven just who the fool in this story is.

Considering how you seem so offended that someone might have used profanity in one setting- even if completely justified at the time- by your own set of rules, it is clear who lost all credibility in this exchange (which you know you started when you made an inaccurate comment about the review).
What is the famous phrase? something like "don't interrupt a fool when he is talking, he only advertises his own ignorance" ... well I am not sure that's exactly as it goes, but you get the point (at least I sincerely hope you do).

You are stupid aren't you? I can read, and you admitted to using foul language. So stop lying to yourself. And actually you DID initiate this exchange when you messaged me. SO [removed]

Get a clue and learn to read, perhaps then you will see.
Stop lying about me and I will stop responding. I am not the one who initiated this exchange.
We played bingo for years at multiple places and none ever allowed outside food or drinks as they had a snack bar inside. This has probably always been a rule but no one but this new manager enforced it. When you own a business and your business is losing money for employees not enforcing the rules, you get rid of those employees and hire some who will.
As a customer in line waiting to check out, I would love if coin counters like you would grab your bags, step away to put your purse back together so I can be on my way. To me there is nothing more annoying than having to wait behind the woman who takes 20 minutes just to find her wallet to pay, then another 20 while she puts her change back. Just take your stuff and move aside so other people can get through. Then if there is a problem, that is what customer service counter is for.
Checkouts are not the place to inquire about merchandise. That is the floor personnel or customer service desk. The counter is to check out.
That is exactly the point. Express with a tracking number costs more. Priority is NORMALLY a two day service. It is first in line to go, but it travels by truck. Express with a tracking number is airmail, that is why it is guaranteed and costs more. Media and parcel post are last to leave thus they are cheaper but take longer. You get what you pay for.
What are the charges for and how did they get your card number? Did you buy something online?
It is clear on the website that you are signing up for a membership when you use the discount service. You have to accept it before you can pay. You have to read everything before you click those buttons.
Every CVS has a public restroom (Men AND Women's) so there is no need to ask if you can use it. I find this hard to believe.
I see a few things here. You returned the car by the contract time, true, but you also did not leave yourself room to wait for the check in (you were running late). You were advised that they were short handed, you saw they were backing up returns behind you, and it was 2:40 in the after noon. They close at, what, 5 or 6? That is 2-3 hours to get everyone checked in, AND checked out for customers who are arriving to the airport to get their cars. Me, personally, I would have either waited for the physical receipt, or gave myself enough time to wait.
What you could have done, was ask for a handwritten receipt dated for that day. They may refund you, but they are not required to do so.
Dude, how can I possibly have lied about you when you admitted to using foul language? I only repeated what you yourself said. And honestly, you call me immature when you are the one crying about someone 'lying' about you. Easy fix to this situation is to not show your ### in a pharmacy. Grow up.
OK, so they were open for 24 hours. It still does not negate your contract time for returning. You returned the car too close to a deadline you had. That is your responsibility, not theirs. Theirs is to check you in in the order you arrived. There were customers ahead of you. They allowed you to leave the car, but they did not force you. Sometimes, you have to take responsibility for your choices. You should have given yourself enough time to get a receipt. Take this as an expensive lesson.
This is none of your business actually. You see only one side of an issue, which it is quite possible you misinterpreted it. I find that if I mind my own business, the entire world, and mine, are happier for it.
There are very few retailers who do not have a policy like this. It is an integrity issue. Honestly, to claim embarrassment or discrimination over not being allowed to have a family member check you out is ridiculous.
Here you go with the lie again. Jesus grow up. No one lied about you. You act like you are 10 for God's sake.
Once you leave you are no longer in the queue. You fall to the back of the line. That is how it is with every business in this country. Those who stick around get served in the order they are. Those who leave go to the end of the line. Simply put, you failed to give yourself enough time to return the car and make your appointment. You said yourself you were in a hurry and left the car. The clerk said you could leave the car and the keys. He never said you would be checked in right away. Every business takes care of the customers physically there in the order they arrive.
This is not uncommon. Just because the store is a chain does not mean they all carry the same product. If they carry it, they will accept it back. If it is not in their system, they can not make it appear. Many products are sold regionally to specific stores. Every chain store is like this. Next time, don't buy something out of town that you think you might not want to keep.
It is possible the items in question were the same brand but different models than what were showing in their systems. As I explained to another poster, not all chain stores carry the same product. If your return scanned in their system as a different product, then they are right to question it. I am darn near positive they were not insinuating that you were a criminal. I firmly believe that all returns should be done at the store in which you buy it. It would save so much of this type of aggravation. People think a store with a name should carry all the same stuff and can't understand when they don't ad any issues are automatically labeled bad customer service. Honestly though, would you be willing to lose money on something you did not sell?
This is a first. She obviously did not think you were stealing. Move on with your life.
How hard is it to just dump the basket on the belt so she can ring up your items? You are not the only customer she has waiting. It was not rude to ask you to empty the basket. I am so glad I do not work retail. I see enough people like you just out shopping.
