This is the only place that anyone can post without being removed. My friend conversed with you on makemeheal couple days ago. All her postings was removed cuz she believed it maybe Dr. Richard A. Weiss or one of his associateds notified Makemeheal. She also tried to warn people about Dr. richard A. Weiss Newport Beach, CA on Realself.com about what he did to her, but it all was removed. Her posting on Realself was removed within a day of posting. Why? Dr. Richard A. Weiss is on that site paying a fee to realself.com. She couldn't post anything on yelp cuz it also got removed. Am I glad that complaint board and several other websites are places that let people air out doctors' dirty laundries. It is scarry that this Dr. Quack Weiss made so many youtube videos and put up an impressive webiste. But what people will never see is all his horrible botched jobs. He puts out all his best work and most of it is not even close up. Anyway, my friend would be very interested to be in a botched surgeries documentary or be interviewed by people like Paula Zahn, and other well known journalists. The public has the right to know and make an informed decision rather to get comestic plastic surgeries or not. Botched surgeries need to be told and not sweep under the rug!
My friend had her surgery by dr. ricahrd a. weiss out in newport beach in 1992 and she wasn't so lucky like nowadays where people can get so much information from the internet. Dr. Richard a. weiss botched her eyelid surgery so bad and used her for some kind of facial surgery experiment without her consent. If you see her eyes, you will think of someone will no plastic surgery skills mutilated her face. She went in for eyelid surgery and ended up scars all over the top part of her face.
It is not cheap to sue a doctor. Most lawyers take at least 5k up front without doing any work and he can take it and run. Many people don't sue and get their botched surgeries re-do by another surgeon. Dr. Robert Beltran put also putted leaking implants into me. A year later I had it removed cuz I was having skin rashes on my breast and nowhere else. After the removable of the implants Dr. Beltran put into my body and replaced, I didn't get any rashes on my breasts anymore.
Dr. Robert Beltran you are a very dirty surgeons and I know you post as other people to defend yourself. Have you heard of hell before? That is where you will be when you die.
I saw your video on youtube. Dr. Eppley is a quack and shouldn't be practicing plastic surgeries. I feel so bad for you, but at the same time thank you for telling this out to the public. We need to know about bad doctors. It is so good nowadays there is the internet that we can post on sites like complaint board. I wish more people would come out and talk about their botched comestic plastic surgeries, so the public will know the ugly side to it when it is done by inexperienced, careless, lack of skills, lack of proper training and doctors who uses people as an experiment without consent. Many doctors get away with it too. We need the laws to change. All plastic surgeons need to write down their method of doing the plastic surgeries and this form giving to the patient weeks prior to surgeries, so the patient is aware. Anything different than what was written down is considering work without consent. My friend had eyelid surgeries and ended up with scars all over the top part of her face. Eyelid surgeries was writen in brochures u get from doctor's office stating that scars are hidden under the natural crease lines, but no one let my friend know that she will be getting old person's eyelids. Her eyelids are extremely pucker. She got pucker forehead, pucker eyelid, and pucker look to the sides of each her eyes to the hairline. She also got zig zag stich marks all over the place. If anyone of you have horrible botched surgeries, please post them on the internt and they your story, so others are more inform of what can happen with a particular type of plastic surgeries. If I had the information back in 1992 like nowadays, I won't let this Dr. Richard Quack Weiss touch my eyes.
Dr. Beltran is very greedy and dishonest. He should point out to people that he is a ENT doctor and is not a board certified plastic surgeon or board certified plastic surgeon for facial and body plastic surgeries. He is only board certified as an ENT doctor and that is it. Don't let him touch your face or body. He got his training from weekend courses and most of his skills is gain by using people to practice on. He is a so called surgeon in training for years!
Comestic plastic surgery lawsuit is difficult unless you are severelyinjuired/ harmed by Doctors. Deformed faces and bodies aren't considered harmful in the eyes of the court. Our court system is piled with endless medical malpractice of non comestic plastic surgeries types. Unless you have truck loads of money and just going after the surgeon for the priniciple, then go for it. You won't get much money out of it and it will consume a lot of your time.. The worst thing is plastic surgeries on your face cannot be hidden with clothing.
By the way, I used to work for him, so I know how many botched work he did and the lies he used to lure in his customers.
I feel bad for you. He even stop you from naming him as the mutilator on youtube video. Videos don't lied. Maybe he can go ahead and say you photoshopped your pictures, but videos are clear proof that he mutilated your face. This isn't right. This is a crime! When are we americans going to bring all this quack doctors to justice? This is crime committed without any justice. This can happen to anyone of us. Please be a voice in your community about higher accountability for plastic surgeons. People just don't know the nightmares of how doctors get away with things. Most of the doctors cannot do plastic surgeries. Also plastic surgeries can be different depending on ethnicities. Some people scar much more easier and many plastic surgeries don't listen to what their patients want, but do what they want to do and end up mutilating people's face.
I wonder what is the actually percentage of botched surgeries? There is no statistics to inform the general public of which comestic plastic surgeries get botched the most. There should be a website that allow patient's to enter their information by plastic surgery types. I know on realself. com had a lot of negatives for many of the plastic surgeries procedures. And also on Makemeheal.com too. These two sites are mainly uesd by NOrth Americans. There were a few from other continents. I think there are just too many unqualified doctors doing plastic surgeries. I read that it is legal for any medical doctors to do plastic surgeries. That is so scarry! plastic surgeons spend at least 7 more years of training than regular medical doctors.
I feel badly for you especially if the surgery was done on the face which cannot be cover by any clothing.

Many doctors that do plastic surgeries may not even be qualify. But here in the United States, I read any medical doctor with a license to practice can do plastic surgeries. This mean they can get a crash coursse in a short period of time and ruined people's face. The public should make them accountable for mutilating people's body and/or faces. It is a crime committed without any punishment. It is also stealing people's hard earn money and disfiguring them for life. My heart goes out to you. Before the internet days, we had no idea of what botched surgeries really is. NOw, we can read about it and make more informed decision.

There are just way too many doctors want to do plastic surgeries that aren't even specialized in the type of plastic surgeries they are doing/offering. I read that plastic surgeons received 7 more years of training than normal doctors. I know there are many botched surgery stories out there and I hope those people come forward and post it on the internet.

Most doctors can get trash course on the weekend and then use their patients to practice on. I read doctors with a license to practice can perform plastic surgeries in united states. No too sure how truth this is. Not all doctors are created equal. Some doctors graduate on the bottom of the class barely passing is still called "doctors". Too many doctors want to do plastic surgeries cuz it is very lucrative. It is cash only and insurance is not involved. I think there must be many botched stories cuz many doctors out there aren't even plastic surgeons doing plastic surgeries. And some of the plastic surgeries don't even have the right skills or proper training to do plastic surgeries on ethnic people's face. They don't take into the consideration of how they may scar, etc. When a surgeon botched plastic surgery and you end up with mutilated face or body, they still get to keep your money and move on to mutilate another face until they sharpen their skill. Beware of surgeons that are extremely nice when they take your money and tell you with great confidence what they can do. These kind usually will mutilated you badly!
Why is it that doctors can mutialated people's faces and bodies and get away with it? We need to lobby for a new law to protect patient's right. Do you know most patients are given consent forms to sign only minutes before surgery? They take your money like two or one week in advance before surgery, then they make you sign something right before surgery. The consent form is usally in very fine print with many l egal wording that most people don't even know what it means. We as the public need better accountability from doctors. They need to give consent form to patients a week or two before surgery and also before collecting patient's fees.

what do some of you think the percentage of botched comestic plastic surgeries is? I think it is most like 70%. What do you think? Some botched surgeries can be fix while other cannot. The type of botched surgeries that leave scars, indentations and super pucker marks on faces are the most damaging.
My heart goes out to you and all the victims of botched surgeries. There are people that have extreme botched surgeries on the face that cannot be fix. A friend of mine had eyelid surgery and the doctor that did it clearly do not have the proper skills and experiences to do asian eyelids. He cut her up all over the place. To the side of each her eyes, there are many noticeable scars and it looks like a map. He made a cut between her eyebrow and eyelids and stitched it up, then he stitched her eyelid creaes to her eyebrow and then to part of her forehead. It is difficult to described unless you see it. The stitches where done from nearly outside of her inner eye area to the sides of her eyes (close to her hairline) and there are horrible surgical scars on the side of her forehead. From the her side profile, she have the super pucker look. It is horrible. There is obvious and noticeable surgical scars and dents all over the top part of her face. Right now this evil dotor is trying to lurre more unsuspected asian patients to his office. This Dr. Richard A. Weiss of Newport Beach, CA really have no shame... He took my friend's hard earn money and used her face to practice on and ruined her face severely. My friend's eye is super pucker looking. He did this to her at age of 27. I wonder how he sleep at night commiting such crime! His ego is extremely big and he will take your money and when he botched it, he will just not take responsibility. Thank God there is the internet and complaint board where victims or friends of victims can post their horror story of bad doctors. This doctor is bad and he didn't even listen or write down anything my friend went to him for. He did what he wanted to her face. He wasn't even conservative with how much skin he took out despite the fact that he was told she had dry eyes. Please don't become a victim of Dr. Richard A. Wesis of Newport Beach, CA. Back then, no one knows as much as nowadays about comestic plastic surgeries. Eyelids surgery is described in brochures' at doctor's office as a relative safe, painless, & thin hairline scars hidden in the creases of the eyelids), but no one in their worst nightmare can image the extreme horrible damages that this greedy doctor can do to people.

There are too many greedy doctors offering services that they have little or no skills and experiences in doing. Most don't even have the proper training. Many doctors' attends weekend courses or weekday evening courses that are a week or few days in length, then they offer their services which is just taught in classroom settings and unsuspected patients are being used by them to practice until they can get it right. That is why there are many botched surgeries out there. It is hard to sue for malpractice for elective surgery even if you are severely deformed. Our system only want to look at cases that cause severe injury that may interfere with our daily lives, but not damages that cause comestic reasons. Our system is not protecting us and we need to make these doctors' more accountable and not given them such power to used our bodies and/or faces and ruined people's life for good. The law need to stop any doctors from doing comestic plastic surgeries and force them to go through years of training under very senior surgeons and maybe less botched surgery will occur. Plastic surgeons goes through additonal 7 years of training! Why can other doctors' just stay in their field of practice and not jumping into a field that is not theirs? Of course there are plastic surgeons that are bad too, but weeding out doctors' that aren't certified in the field of plastic surgery will make less unhappy people in United States. The bottom line is there are way too many doctors already and too many want the fast money of plastic surgeries without thinking how botched work can affect victims.
@sickos! You are either a relative or assoicate of this doctor. Your opinion is clear cut that you are not a patient of this Doctor. It is most likely you are the doctor himself defending yourself with a fake id.
