Hope you land on your feet. Only two jobs in 20 years is a good work record and hopefully his documentation is as good as his follow through on his book keeping. He would have had to document each incident and counseled you with a written warning and or disciplinary action. He will look real bad no matter what for his book keeping and payroll practices. You will land another job, management work at fast food restaurants is demanding work. If he has not covered his butt he can't mess you around. Maybe go back to school, where I live that is a big thing and the state will pay for it. when you get approved for unemployment. Don't tell them you think you deserved it though, see how the cards fall. if you got no write up's to sign just tell them you don't know why you were let go.
This is how they do phone pranks in India? Contact the place where you found the add and tell them this is a prank and that you are being harassed.
This would be a big undertaking for this site to remedy your problem as it pertains to your local government in India. I would would be impressed if they could help you. That said, I understand you situation as I have had a similar problem, but in my home. My children's friends harassing us 24 hours a day by telephone. Being that I was an on call 7, 24, 365 employee made it worse. Sorry to hear this and I hope you get your washing machine replaced or repaired soon as well.
You had only a verbal contract and this is a personal Civil matter. If you still have the deposit slip you have may have proof that he got the money from you, but your name has to be involved some where. He could say it was a gift, or even say you took his deposit slip. It is sad that people do this to others but I am certain there is nothing this site can do for you, you were not dealing with a business and that is what this site focuses on. Helping those that get cheated by a business, where thing are put in writing. Hope you get your money back.
The dealer is cheating the warranty coverage to get paid for repairs you don't need. When you take it back he will find something else wrong. Dealers are the worst at making any major repairs. I know from experience. I don't even like them for required maintenance and services because of what they did to you for an example. If you can find someone else that is allowed to do this you are better off. Dealer ships are out to nickel and dime you to death and have the highest service rates across the board, even with a discount. Even warranties that cover everything are worthless because they will not do a good job, the idea is after 3 - 4 years they want to sell you another new car when in reality if you take care of it you should get 10 years or more good service from it. This don't count the people that have money to burn.
Although I have found almost countless complaints about the transfer cases on these vehicles I still don't think the dealers should do these repairs, or be trusted for reasons stated above. I remember every time I would take my vehicle in for service a new problem would show up that it did not have after driving away. I am finished now.
I read the complaint again and realize now that the termination took place last October or November and now understand the complaint is solely about the 1099. She did admit messing up so I was trying to offer advice on how to move forward. What I said about claiming the three or so weeks of pay stands and the rest I will digress on.

It would appear that someone has used your email to make an account there. Since it is a business email you make it public and you have now posted it here. Since the email is valid all they have to do is use it when they create the account and have pranked you. There is not much you can do other than delete it and make a new one. Some one opened one of the emails and now you have a malware virus on you server or main computer. Time to spend a lot of time running virus and malware scans, defrags system checks and you may need to have an IT tech do it. You may have an employee that has done this to you and an IT tech could find information on our computer that shows the first contact was made from your business computer. Good luck with this.

You should find the webpage for Ramada hotels and suites and contact them with your complaints. The problem is all these hotels are a franchise, the buildings are not owned by Ramada. They are owned by investors and have boards that oversee them. The hotels are run buy management companies and operate under budgets set by the board and share holders. so if you complain to the hotel itself you will not be heard as they know they have problems and are not likely going to work with you at all. They will just run it in to the ground until a new management company is put in place and it sounds like the time has come. The Ramada corporation is your only recourse and I bet they already know about this hotel so you may not even get reparations through them and all they can do is tell the management company to take care of it.
If you are at all actually reading the comments you say you are reviewing of mine before posting them then you need to loo at this complaint. I will not contact support anymore due to the responses I have got from them. ITHINK THIS PERSON IS SAYING HE WILL COMMIT SUICIDE!

This will be the last entry of mine due to too much personal information, EX-Mariage family any friends are best to be kept afar, Also want to say final entry before my account is compromised by others while im away. so thats it.
Oh, I bet this is a cover because he is trying to hide that he made an account there and when he opened the email to verify it the account the computer was attacked.
I hope the bank gets it right quickly. They have a right to investigate this but since the check was made out to you, you deposited it, did not try to cash it and did not receive. They should have no reason to freeze your account. This bank will not care either, that's my guess and you probably wont even get an apology from them. there is not one person that can know if a company or anyone has given them a fake check. The need to go after the company / people that issued the check not you. I can't imagine why they would do this and why would someone knowingly deposit a bad check in their own account. You can't just cash checks at banks anymore unless the check is drawn on the bank in question and they verify the check is good before doing it. Do a internet search on this issue. Also get legal advice if this is not remedied in your favor quickly. You may get accused of conspiring to commit check fraud, so don't wait.
Actually Ramada will contact the board and they will contact the management company. I am not clear about who actually own the franchise though, the building owners or the management company. Ramada will tell this.
Don't know what to tell you as you are in turkey, but in the US there is always a 90 day warranty where we can take it back and exchange or get a refund if not satisfied.

If kept records of the jobs he did he can challenge them as they will have to disclose the information pertaining to the claims they are making. The EEOC is the place to file a complaint with if he was an at will employee. I don't know if independent contractors can do this but they could advise him where to start.
