One thing you can try is to log in but do it as I forgot my password and hopefully they have not changed the email address and security questions as well. This site actually does nothing to help anyone other than give you a place to post a complaint and the users of the site offer advice. Sometimes the companies will see a complaint and respond to you, (sometimes).
Also contact Facebook through their contact us option and tell them what happened. They will tell you what your options are, the worst case would be that you will lose the old account and have to start over.

Debit cards are only issued by banks. There needs to be funds available in the account for you to get or use a debit card.

I have seen several complaints about various Walgreens doing this to people. Pain killers are under attack these days but if a person has a script then they should not mess with anyone, refusing to refill 1.5 days early don't make any sense.
You had to purchase? You could have left the site. You do not have to purchase anything you don't want. There are other things that could be argued but you can starve if you want, live in the streets, walk everywhere you go, get your clothes from churches or even drop boxes etc.
