We completely understand your frustrations. Unfortunately, we unable to assist you further since you are in contact with your extended service provider. We always recommend reviewing your extended service plan contact and then discussing your options further with the plan administrator as they will be able to provide you with the best assistance possible.

We are very sorry for your experience with your Refrigerator and can certainly understand your frustrations. We do not design our appliances to fail, as that would contradict the quality appliances that Whirlpool has built its reputation on. Unfortunately, man made appliances can fail despite our best efforts.
