Hi Shainy. We do understand that it is not ideal to wait so long for a refund. Once the amount has been refunded from our end, it will be up to the agent to complete the process and return the money to your account. Hopefully the team at Opodo will be able to help you out with this.

Hi there, as per our updated policy your Travel bank credit is valid for two years from the date of crediting and you can use it to book flights on any of our routes for yourself or someone else. Hi Maha, we are sorry to read about your experience with Eurofins lab. Please note that our guidelines for travel from the UK state that your PCR test can be done at any government approved facility. Hi Allison. I have checked the ticket and since it has been booked through a Travel Agent, we will not be able to provide you with Etihad Credit. This option is only available for bookings made directly through us. You would have to further liaise with Expedia, and see what the available options are.
