Hi there. We are offering the following options for guests whose flight has been impacted by Covid-19 . 1. Keep your ticket open for later use. Simply rebook your flight before the 31st May 2022. The change fee associated with your ticket will be waived, however you'll be charged for any applicable fare difference. When a flight is canceled, the ticket is kept open automatically, so you have till next year to reschedule.
2. Convert the value of your ticket to Travel Bank Credit. You have 2 years to spend the credit and you can use it to purchase tickets to travel up to approximately 11 months later than the credit expiry date. That gives you the opportunity to travel within the next 35 months, and the credit can be used to buy tickets or ancillaries for you or your friends/family.
3. Possible refunds if flights were cancelled by us.
