Since the flight was not booked through us directly, EDreams would have to take control of the booking and assist you with changing the flight dates. Please try contacting them again. We can only change travel agent flights 48 hours before the scheduled departure time, if the tickets are fully unused. *Sky

Hi Ivette. If you would like to claim for the damage of your bag, please email us at baggageclaims@etihad.ae within 7 days from your arrival with following documents:
-Passport Copy
-Boarding Pass/s
-E-ticket or Itinerary
-Baggage Tag Receipts
-Pictures of the Damaged Baggage
Please make sure that the total size of all your attachments is less than 4MB. Once you submit your claim, our baggage team will review your details and be in touch with you. *Sky
