Hi Enas, thank you for writing to us about your experience while flying with us. We are sorry to see you were not completely satisfied with the comfort of your seat and the service provided onboard. Please note that on our flights to/from Toronto there will be two full meal services and a snack service in the middle of the flight for those guests who are awake. Cold and hot beverages are served with every meal service, and available on request throughout the duration of the flight. Our Sweet or Savoury menu is also available for guests who wish to treat themselves with an additional healthy snack or a beverage of their choice. Your comments are appreciated as a means for us to reevaluate our service offering and design future improvements. Hi Lewis, I am sorry to see your baggage was delayed. I have checked your ticket and I see that your itinerary included a flight from Hong Kong to Busan on Cathay Pacific. Since you upgraded your ticket for the first two flights but not this third flight, it would seem that your baggage allowance could not be upgraded for all the flights on the booking for this reason. I will however forward your complaint to our Guest Relations team to investigate this and also check the circumstances which caused the baggage delay.
