I wish that I could shout this from the highest peak so that the world could hear. "When you order anything that is a "Free Trial" you have to cancel THE SAME DAY that you order because your "free trial" starts that same day that you place your order. 'NOT THE DAY THAT YOU GET IT IN THE MAIL'
Why do you want a refund?
Talk to the bank about what is going on and then ask about closing this acct and opening another one. Don't do anymore Payday loans.

And whatever the 'free trial period' is, it starts THE DAY YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER' and not whenever you get it in the mail. So, say your free trial period if for 14 days and you receiver the product in the mail 8 days after you place your order. This means that you have 6 days of your 14 day 'Free Trial offer' left. and not the full 14 as you might think.
They can put you on an "Auto Ship" because that is what you agreed to when you ordered from them. It's clearly written in the "Therms & Conditions" section. Read it.
This complaint is a yr old but it came up so I'm going to comment on it. There a holes big enough to drive a truck through in this complaint.
