I had a collection on my credit report from Unifund. It appears that Unifund purchased a Providian Credit Card account that was charged off in 2002. I was served by the Sheriff with a Notice of Right To Have Exemptions Designated. The form says Unifund filed a judgment against me in May of 2006. I don't know what to do about this.

Laptop keyboard defective. "S" and "D" keys don't work. Had computer 1 day and they won't pay shipping to send it to repair or replace. Called, emailed and fax several times and neither Acer nor ShopNBC will pay the shipping. Horrible customer service! Their product arrived defective and they can't pay $20-$25 shipping on a $1000 purchase!!

We purchased a Kithenaid washer and dryer 6 years ago, thinking we were buying quality products. We are a 2 person family who only use the appliances on the weekend. We have had 2 out of warranty service calls on the dryer and 3 out of warranty service calls on the washer. We finally decided to cut our losses and buy a new washer. I sent in my 'shipping fee' for the firms 'free coffee' and 'free coffee maker' and received the product in the time advertised. I used the coffee maker about 12 times in three weeks and now the maker does not work. The 'time' window revolves rapidly changing the hours continually, but does not power up the unit. It is a worthless piece of Chinese junk.
