I hired Pro-Tech Custom Concrete last fall to put in a new concrete driveway. When they came and did the work, they asked me to leave my garage doors open so it would be easier for them when they did the top part of the driveway. What a mess! Everything in my garage is coated with concrete dust. They washed off all their tools in my grass, leaving pools of concrete that killed parts of my grass and shrubs. They got cement on the walls and windows, grass and shrubs, and flower beds of my house. As I have paver steps and a front porch, I told them I was very concerned about the concrete getting on them. They said it wouldn't happen, but they didn't even cover anything, and left a huge mess that I've been scraping since they left. This spring, I started noticing cracks and chips in the driveway. I asked them to come and fix them. Mark, the owner, said the cracks were the "Holy Grail" of a great job. Since then, he has refused my calls and texts, and obviously has no intention of fixing the driveway. How do they deserve an A+ rating on the ComplaintsBoard.com site? I thought I could trust these ratings. I don't recommend them, and I wish I hadn't hired them. I'm still thinking about filing a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com.
