So, I called up printed.com on 25/11/2016 to ask them to hold off on printing my leaflets until I made some changes to the artwork. It was before the end of the day, mind you. But guess what? They said no. Even though they hadn't even started printing yet. I've been a loyal customer for 10 years, mostly with goodprint.com, but I won't be using printed.com anymore. They just lost a customer for life.

Yo, so I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with printed.com. I ordered my wedding invites from them and they were hella delayed - like, over two weeks late. And don't even get me started on their customer service. It takes them a whole day to reply to emails, which is just straight up unhelpful. Like, do they not care about their customers or what? Honestly, I wasn't impressed with the quality of the invites either. Overall, I wouldn't recommend printed.com to anyone. If I had known, I would have gone with a different printing company.

Printed.com is not a good choice for printing services. They take your money without checking your prints before leaving the warehouse, which is the only reason you pay them. Even if you pay for fast delivery, they do not deliver goods on time. The staff are not friendly and are not helpful at all. They are as thick as mince, and there is no other explanation for their service. I have been a loyal customer for years, but I have stopped using them and will never go back. I am not the only one who has had a bad experience with Printed.com. Don't waste your money on them. There are many other online printers that offer better services. You can try your local printer, instantprint, aura print, or digitalprinting.co.uk. These are all better options than Printed.com.

So, I gotta tell ya, I had some pretty good results with Printed.com at first. I ordered some greetings cards and they came out pretty good. But then, I noticed that the printing was lacking in red and yellow, and the cards looked straight-up terrible. I mean, I couldn't even give them to my grandma, and she loves everything I make her.

So, I sent Printed.com some images of the initial print alongside the reprint, hoping they would see the difference and reprint them for me. But they straight-up declined to do it and promised me a refund once they had collected the faulty goods. They said they would come to my house three times to collect the goods, but I've been waiting all day and no one has come to collect them. And to top it off, they haven't even issued a refund yet.

I was getting pretty fed up with their empty promises, so I raised a claim through Paypal. And you know what Printed.com did? They offered me a measly 50% refund. Like, what the heck? That's not even close to what I paid for these crappy cards. I knew they had no intention of paying a full refund, so I decided to pursue a full refund through my Credit Card company. According to the Sale of Goods Act 1979, I was entitled to it.

From my experience, Printed.com's approach is to act all nice and pleasant, but then they draw out the dispute process with empty promises for as long as possible. They know that most people will give up, even if they're entitled to a refund. And that's just plain wrong. My advice to you is to use another printer. Don't waste your time with Printed.com.

But wait, there's more! Here's the latest development: my credit card company took up the case and advised me to return the goods at my own cost. So, I checked the return address with Printed.com and let them know I was returning the goods. And you know what? Once they received the goods, someone from their finance department contacted me and arranged the refund I had been asking for for more than three months. Can you believe it? It shouldn't have taken this long, but at least I finally got my money back.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Printed.com to anyone. They might seem nice at first, but they're not worth the hassle. Save yourself the trouble and find another printer.
