Horrible Experience
I submitted a transaction 8 days ago and received an error message. Did not show up on my dashboard, but the charge from them is showing as pending from the Visa gift card. I’ve emailed them numerous times and just get generic replies. They won’t deposit my money or take off the pending charge on my Visa gift card. Then if you write a negative comment on their FB or Instagram, they delete it. I used them several times with zero issues, but this experience has been horrible and they are doing nothing to fix it.
Recommendation: Do not use unless you want to lose your money.

If you leave a comment on their FB or Instagram and it’s negative, they immediately delete it. I’ve dealt with them many times with zero issues, but this has been a nightmare! That’s theft when you take someone’s money and won’t return it.

They are very inconsistent, service works great for a while. Then they start declining cards the same exact cards they accepted a few days ago. When you question it you get a generic answer high rate of decline for that card, then it is an issue the development team is working on, after that they blame the customer which is VEY insulting.
