DailyPay Worst app used ever

Don't use this app at all their customer service sucks , all I asked to do was transfer my phone number over . They asked me to send in documents and then never changed over my number . They scam people of their hard earn money too , if you get paid a certain day they will take your money and charge you a fee to get your money off . And if you call customer service they will just transfer you over to another agent and hang up on you in middle of the transfer so they don't have to assist you with your complaint.

DailyPay Worst service and worst company ATTENTION DAILYPAY

I use DailyPay through my company to receive money early from the app and starting October 12th I could not transfer money and October 13th the same thing happened so I reached out to them by chat and they said this issue would be fixed by this weekend for a maintenance update so then I email them today October 14,2023 and they said my account is on hold and another ticket was created and it would be escalated no warning, no updates, no reasoning why my account should of been placed on hold. It’s illegal to withhold money from my paycheck I have been using this app for over 2 months now it is unacceptable, unprofessional and my car is going to be taken due to DailyPay refusing to let me transfer funds. There is no fraud and no reasoning why my account should of been placed on hold and not let me transfer funds for days I have worked I will be contacting other media and bringing this to their attention and if this is not resolved within 24-48 hours I will be getting a lawyer involved and I will be contacting upper management at my job. I would not recommend this company at all I have 3 kids and I can’t even get food because of this matter I am not happy but I will take further action if this is not resolved ASAP

Recommendation: Don’t recommend this company

DailyPay Stranded out of cash....

After a emergency trip out of town it just got worst when my phone was stolen and had to be deactivated. I could not use my pin to log in which is how I had been logging in for 2 months. After downloading app on replacement phone. With all the things going on I could not remember my password tried to reset it only to be told that I had to send the link thru text message to the phone that stolen. So after repeat attempts to get a supervisor on the line and being hung up on twice. I was told I could not get the reset link thru email which was the only way I could get it without the phone that was stolen. But my request to speak with a supervisor would be put on a ticket and someone would reach out to me in 24-48 hrs. I was left sitting in a car in 100 degree heat with no gas no money and 3 kids with no food. When I got the email from a supervisor I was informed that I had to provide a copy of my pay stub which I did not have because its direct deposited to dailypay and I was out of town and it was Sunday so could not get anything from my job. Its three days later and I am still trying to get a copy of a pay stub. Still cant access my money and another week til payday. How can you use email to log in but cant use it if you forget your password.

Recommendation: They are a bunch of crooks that do not care about the people that use there services. I will never recommend them to anyone my advice is never use this app.

This company is a joke. I've been going through HELL for the past few days because my transfers wont push through after hitting confirm. I've spoken to a total of 10 agents, only 3 tried to help, i was told to cancel service if i wasn't satisfied and hung up on by one agent, half of the others doesn't support US based companies! Escalation ticket put in but there is no way to speak with anyone else nor can the agent speak to someone in tech. only via email.

This is PISS POOR!

DailyPay Thieves

I used this service one time. I wil never use it again. They stole my paycheck. They kept saying it would come to my bank account and then blamed my bank when it didn't come. Every associate had a different excuse for me. I never received a dime of my paycheck. They said that since I used daily pay once I will never receive my paycheck on time again, even though I canceled my account. They never gave me my money, only excuses. DONT USE THIS SERVICE

Recommendation: They will STEAL your momey

DailyPay Daily Pay with new Employer

I recently changed employment. My new employer offers Daily Pay. I have reached out to Daily Pay first on June 23, 2023 about this and to add my new employer. I've called every 3 days and Customer Service has told me the information has been forwarded. Here it is June 30,2023 and nothing still has been done. How hard is it to add a new employer to my Account.

I have done the same thing on 7/6/23 and here we are 7/22/23 and they cannot even locate my account when I call in. I have waited over her 2 weeks for a resolution and all they can tell me is that they have “escalated” my account however nothing has changed. They are HORRIBLE with communication and they have no sense of urgency.

DailyPay Please do not trust this company

Please do not use this company

Please do not use this company. They are not a financial institution as stated by their supervisor. I honestly feel like they’re taking advantage of their customers who really need to access their money earlier and they don’t tell you that by using their services they become your financial institution. Their staff isn’t educated, knowledgeable, or friendly. I should have received my pay today and I’m still waiting. Their staff is just telling me it should be available today and to keep checking back. I will warn as many of their customers and potential customers of the major risk involved with using their services

Recommendation: Please do not trust this company if you need your money

DailyPay So users beware!

So users beware! I have used daily pay for months without difficulty. But my problems started when they cancelled my account when I was involved in a hit and run. I was out of work for 3 weeks and not once did I quit or wasnt off the schedule. Had to get my district manager involved to get daily pay to re add me. Fast forward to now. Its been 3 months of bull. Been trying to cancel my account because they claimed i had a negative balance. I didn't. Never even seen a paycheck. This last paycheck I worked my butt off made 800$ easy. Daily pay " since you gave no notice to cancel we are taking 510 to cover our negative balance" that was 3 weeks ago. I had cancelled 2 months ago. Now they wont give *** my bank details. Im missing over 1000$ from these crooks. Its a ongoing battle. If your loyal to them they help you. However the second you want to cancel they are the most evil and disrespectful pieces of ... You get my point. I plan to let my HR know about this first thing in the morning. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. I will file a court case against them and go public if needed

Where do I start. I transferred buildings. Same payroll corporate who processes the payroll. Was told to send in pay stub to deactivate my account. Then I should be able to see my earnings. Did that was assured it would be immediate! What a lie. Next Maria said 24-48 hours. Another like. Valentine said 3-5 business days. Yet again another lie. Juan said it was escalated to a different department on 8/10. With no estimated time for this to be resolved. Also come pay day I have to call and ask where my money is. They said call the bank. Why am I calling the bank. Then mysteriously it appears before hanging up. SCAM of a company. Not sure how they sleep at night knowing they lying to people daily about things. Karma comes back. Hope they never in a situation like this and need their money and not able to get it.

If I could give this company a zero I would. They requested my personal information and every time I call they give me another excuse as to why my account can not be re activated. They have hung up on me and continually give me the run around and nothing but excuses. They ask you to send personal information to random emails. They do not follow through. They are a horrible company and love to give you the run around. When you ask to talk to a supervisor they are so conveniently "busy" SAME ON THIS COMPANY I don't know how you can sleep at night treating people like this.

I would give zero if possible. Only had 1 advance 3 months ago. Now regular pay deposit and no money. They said instant transfer but no money. Auto pay penalties. Hiring attorney.

TOTAL SCAM. Glad that their customer service is incompetent and I read these reviews before taking an advance and/or providing my account info. They do have one of my paystubs so if anything funny does occur, I will be suing.

DailyPay I did an instant transfer of my paycheck to my debit card that never made it to my debit card

I did an instant transfer of my paycheck to my debit card that never made it to my debit card. On the Daily Pay app it says transfer complete, but the money is not on my card , nor does my statement reflect the transfer. I have used Daily Pay for quite a while now and never had this problem. I called the customer service number for 3 days straight, only to be kept on hold for hours without speaking to anyone. I was finally able to reach an agent , who pretended to not hear me once I went to explaining my money not being transferred to my account, and then she disconnected the call. This constitutes as UNTRUSTWORTHY AND FRAUD BUSINESS PRACTICES in my opinion! All I want is my money that Ive WORKED for and I will definitely NOT use this HORRIBLE service anymore! There customer service is HORRIBLE, you wont be able to reach them, not even in email. This seems to be a scam that maybe those of us who are still trying to get our money from this service should consider filing a Class Action Lawsuit! I want someone from Daily Pay to contact me ASAP, give me my money that you all DID NOT transfer over to my account, or I WILL be seeking legal action if possible!

For weeks I am not getting my Remainder Balance sent to me. I have to go through a stressful process of trying to get someone to release my funds. The Escalation Department can only be reached through email. Customer Service is no helpful at all. I have bills that need to be paid and now I cant, I have to wait for a Computer to respond to me. I request to speak to supervisors, Managers and Cooperate and all goes unheard. You try to cancel your account they wont. Disgusting to treat your customers this way. Daily pay WIll make sure they get their funds but does not care for you to get what is due to you. Employees are not trained well and not knowledgeable about the company they work for. I just want my money

DailyPay For the past two days, I made $100 and they only reported me earning $20

For the past two days, I made $100 and they only reported me earning $20. then the next day I made $70 and they only add $20 again to my earnings. missing $124 from my earnings and no one from support has any idea. In my *** driver app its all the right amounts, and *** support knows my real numbers so cant figure out what to say. I know the difference between 'available balance' that you can withdraw, and your maximum 'earnings'. its my actual 'earnings' that are under reporting. so they only add $20 to my earnings and $10 to my available balance. this started after the day they announced they will stop working with ***, and the last day of the pay perioud. they are trying to make it as confusing as possible so we lose track of the $124 that they refuse to give me. so these problems make me withdraw my available balance when they only give me $10, so its forcing me to do more withdraws and lose even more money! i just want my real withdraw, it always worked until these past two days. im going to have to quit working for them since the past two days they under report me by over $100, whats the point in me working all day again if im only going to be paid $20 for all days work?

The worst customer service experience that I have ever encountered. I do believe they are misusing my personal information as I have had more than ten of their employees ask me for my personal info. I have been working for the same company since May this year, and was utilizing DailyPay on a weekly basis. I am an hourly employee and am still with the same company, however I changed locations about a month ago. Since I have changed locations, I have not had an update on my account. I have contacted customer service support numerous times. I have been lied to, hung up on, ignored in support chat, treated beyond rudely, and still no one has contacted me back to assist me. I supplied all information that they have requested and still no response. They don't mind soaking up their fees in a timely manor, however they don't care AT ALL about their customers. They use you and dump you. I still have received no assistance, they need to be shut down if this is how they are going to treat people.

I recently needed money for car repairs and signed up for this service. I didn't use my whole paycheck as the rest was to pay rent on the 1st which was a Tuesday and when I normally get paid. I waited for my check to deposit as always and it never came! So I decided I'll pay $10 late fee for rent maybe it would come today NOTHING! WHERE THE HELL IS THE REST OF MY MONEY!

DailyPay I gave one star because this is the only way I was able to comment

I gave one star because this is the only way I was able to comment. I'll have to say, I'm not at all surprised of any of these comments. Ever since I was offered this service through my employer, it has been a NIGHTMARE. Between trying to cancel and getting the run around to cancel this service, the customer service is TERRIBLE. I could call them 3 times in one day and get 3 different agents with 3 different answers to the same issue. I've even been hung up on because she was unable to answer my questions and became frustrated. I mean literally told me she was disconnecting the call. Anytime I've asked for a manager- well, that's just out of the question. I will be showing this website to my employer and also express to my employer to not use this service as it is a huge disservice to the HUGE company that I work for. Reminder, you need US to make money-not the other way around! I have deleted, uninstalled and cancelled this service. Let's see next pay period if it's cancelled or not. PS- If your customer service was knowledgeable and competent, I wouldn't of had to call so many times. I would have been okay getting the CORRECT answers the first time- not causing me to have to call back several more times FRUSTRATED

Lied. Cost me, as I took this PD Nursing job for the Daily Pay, which I, after on-boarding and trying to get it, found that I could not as nurses work 12 hour shifts, and Daily Pay doesn't allow 12 hour shifts. I am in the process of suing them and the employer for false advertising.

Do not recommend. My account was frozen for simply changing my direct deposit info. I never removed my main account I simply added another account to be able to split up my pay. It's always a hassle when I run into issues and they take extremely long to fix them. A week or more at time. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Actually 1 star is to high of rating. They have gave me problem after problem and still are. I spent over 13 hours of phone time, numerous emails and lost 4 hours work dealing with them to get my banking account set up after them returning my checks. Now if I was not to use daily pay I can get my check 2 days earlier. I guess they need thr interest of my check 2 more days.

DailyPay I've reached over 10 times on 7/8/2022

I've reached over 10 times on 7/8/2022. A rep on 7/1/22. Assured me my daily pay account would reactivate on payday. I had a temporary pause. Payday has passed. They ignored every email I sent asking about my reactivation. I went on the app that night and used the online chat feature. The rep tells me, " You're fine, just relax there's nothing you need to do to reactivate your account. We need more time to verify the account is yours. Any funds you don't take out early. Will be available on your regular payday." Now, for anyone reading this, you can see how this can make your blood boil. Anyway. She intentionally logged me out. And this morning another rep did the same thing. I'm begging my employer to drop daily pay. I definitely cancelled my account. Might as well, I can't use the funds early anyway. And what's sad is when I clocked out. My job reports wages to them. On 7/8/22. My balance increase was $122. But I couldn't even access it because of the pause. It is so fustrating. How can anyone allow a company to treat it's customers this awful. It's also false advertising. Waiting 2 weeks and according to other complaints. 3 months for an account to unfreeze or whatever. Is not daily pay, therefore the company is useless. The best thing out of this was when I cancelled my account. I feel like im free from a hot prison in the underworld.

DailyPay In the last 3-5 months, Ive continually had issues with my balance reflecting the correct amount

In the last 3-5 months, Ive continually had issues with my balance reflecting the correct amount. Ive contacted customer service numerous time, and sadly their representatives seem clueless and respond with pre-made responses that I find very aggravating. Even to the point that it seems if theyre not listening and do not care. My balance will update maybe twice during a payperiod, but afte about my 2-3rd shift. It no longer does, from what I can tell the original balance increases at the beginning of the pay period drop off and with a transfer now makes my account negative. As I work more shifts, it still doesnt reflect the entire pay period accurately and never will update. I get my remainder pay at the end with the amounts dropped off. But its aggravating for a company that advertises DailyPay and stating that almost 100% of a paycheck can be advanced prior to payday cant even make 25% of that claim. Along with customer service that is no way service in any sense of the word. The company representatives at the top running around and advertising this great innovative technology when in reality they need to focus on their product first or theyre doomed to fail. I plan to cancel the service after my next remainder pay, Ive planned a couple financials moves that in the end failed because I put trust in a company that cant even get their basics sorted out.

DailyPay I waited on the phone for well over an hour just for the person to get on the phone n tell me he cant do nothing

I waited on the phone for well over an hour just for the person to get on the phone n tell me he cant do nothing. I have to wait until the system update. Ive been using them for weeks and its never been an issue. All of a sudden they undergo some maintenance nonsense over the weekend now none of my hours are getting updated. And somehow I got switched from a hourly to salaried employee. Which they claim is the reason my pay isnt getting updated. Like why would yall switch it around. For what reason?! I email and email and email and it takes forever to get back to me. They had the nerve to only have $9.92 available at 6am. And then by 10 am the balance went back to zero and you dont even see the daily increases anymore. Judging by the number of complaints they are seriously playing around with people money. It is screaming scam. I have bills due, Im planning my baby shower and I need access to my funds. Im supposed to get paid by Thursday night but how will that work if my balance says freaking zero?! Thats the amount of stars I wanted to leave them. They are lucky I couldnt leave less than 1. I am done with them. After I get my money I will be closing my account. They charge everytime you pull off money so its not even like its a free service. They arent doing you any favors besides *** you over. Im sick of it. I want answers! And I want my money I worked hard for!

DailyPay I can't even begin to explain the frustration I've had dealing with this company

I can't even begin to explain the frustration I've had dealing with this company. I was hacked into & had my money transferred into an account that wasn't mine. I make a fraud claim and was told I'd get an email within 24 hours. 24 hours later, nothing. I call and they tell me to give it 2-3 business days to have my claim fully processed. I give them the benefit of the doubt and wait 3 full days before calling them back. I call back and the lady tells me that my claim was opened but then somehow closed. She had to reopen the claim for me and told me it'd be 24 hours to get an email from them. I call back 24 hours later after receiving no email. The guy tells me that it's actually gonna take 5 business days. So what's the answer? I have 4 employees telling me 4 different things and still no money back in my account. If I didn't call the third time, they would've never looked at my claim. And why was my claim closed in the first place? Do they not take fraud seriously or what? It's been an entire week and I still have no money when they told me it would take 24 hours from my initial request. And now I have to wait another 5 days? I didn't know 24 hours meant 2 weeks! I even asked to get transferred to someone in a higher position to get this problem fixed and was told they couldn't transfer me to anyone. You're telling me they have someone "handling" my claim but I have no way of directly speaking to them? Literally useless. If I don't get my money back, will definitely take this to FTC.

DailyPay Starting Janurary 05 a couple days after activating my account, i received a text saying heads up you password has been changed

Starting Janurary 05 a couple days after activating my account, i received a text saying heads up you password has been changed. i called and i told them it's been changed. I was able to login with my facial ID and they told me okay no banking information has been changed, just change the password. February 17 i received another text message saying the same thing, I called and they said the same thing no bank info changed just change your password. February 20 i get another text message. This time i'm asking questions trying to figure out why this is happening. she said she would note it in my account and on the 4th time we will report it, change the password and let them know. February 21 i woke up and at 6am someone had gotten into my account and stole $195. Once i sat in hold for over 2 1/2 hours i finally reached the fraud department, that had informed me 5 other devices from canada and new york had been logged into my account, also that the same guy who actually took my money had taken 12 others. The transfer was nullified and i'm still waiting close to two weeks to receive this $195. This is absolutely ridiculous and all the staff has to say is they're so sorry and they understand as that's all they told me the hours i've spoken w them. I would like answers as to how this has happened. I called on 3 seperate occasions trying to prevent this, when there were other active devices on my account they could've easily seen and this would have never happened. This company is easily breachable and it is preventable if the staff would take the right steps.

DailyPay WARNING!

WARNING! I'm here to warn other's about the horrible experience I had with a company called DailyPay. DailyPay was introduced to me by my employer and I thought it would be nice to get my hard-earned money the same day sometimes. I found out I was wrong and if I'm not mistaken DailyPay has a Complaintsboard.com sign on their website. It turned into a nightmare. I've fallen behind on rent, car payments, car insurance etc because DailyPay has NOT been depositing my money into my checking account. They started taking a majority of my check which seems like a few weeks into me using it, for instance, I was expecting $400 on a weekly check and hadn't used DailyPay in over a week. They deposited $85 in my account. Keep in mind I hadn't used them or received any money from them because I wanted a whole paycheck. I checked my DailyPay account and it said $217 was my balance. When I called to ask where the rest of my money was TWICE neither *** Service agent could tell me anything and it took hours for them to call me back. NO ONE EVER KNOWS ANYTHING AT THIS COMPANY. I haven't gotten my whole check or even the $217 for that matter. IT'S LIKE WHERE IS MY MONEY GOING TO AND WHY ARE THEY TAKING THE MAJORITY OF YOUR CHECK IF YOU'RE NOT USING THEM. I call to check my bank account and there's nothing no sign of the rest of my money. I'm disappointed in my employer for introducing such a company to it's hardworking employee's but that seems to be the thing nowadays the rich get richer and poor get poorer because some of us don't know how to run scams like other's do and THIS IS A SCAM!

DailyPay I've been using DailyPays services once they became available at my job

I've been using DailyPays services once they became available at my job. Its been handy for any unexpected surprises life can bring your way. Everything has been fine for months until two weeks ago I was leaving work and was notified (via email alerts on my phone) somebody changed my dailypay password and phone number. I immediately changed it back within 20 minutes and reported the incident. My account was fine, nothing else was changed. Money was not missing. I explained all of this in my initial investigation request. It took 3 days to lock my account and has been locked since. I have not been paid and am unable to withdraw any money from my pay. *** takes days to reply to my emails even after pleading for someone to unlock my account. I called, and was told the investigation people can only unlock accounts after such and such has been reviewed. I finally thought I was making progress when *** asked for a photo copy of my I.D. or drivers license card which i sent minutes after receiving her email. The customer service is extremely slow in resolving matters. The wait time kn the phone was also 30 minutes. I even recieved a copy and paste email about what documents to send to her for the investigation twice was pointless receiving again a few days later if i already sent everything she asked for over. Its now been three weeks with my locked account and I'm still waiting to be compensated. My car payment is past due and my cat needs to be taken to the vet and now I have to cancel my appointment because my account is locked and I'm financially drained. I hope this happens to nobody else.

DailyPay When my company rolled out the dailypay service for employees it was a very exciting prospect

When my company rolled out the dailypay service for employees it was a very exciting prospect. I work in the service industry and in these times staffing is a major concern, so we were advertising this service as a way to recruit new hires. This strategy was effective for attracting applicants and I enjoyed the convenience of it myself without much issue. About a month ago there was a period of 3-4 days in which the balance failed to update which was frustrating, but understandable within reason. Now this same issue has arisen once again and it has been a full 10 days since the last update. Some of my workers have become used to using the service and plan their budgeting around the optional pay schedule. Having it stop unexpectedly has been frustrating for some, and for a few it has led to major distress as they were counting on funds to pay bills and feed their households. Some of the newer hires have expressed outrage and claimed we lured them into employment under false pretenses using 'bait and switch' tactics, or whatever they call it. The app claims to be working to resolve the issue, but then days is an unreasonable amount of time to be without a "daily" service. They remain vague as to the nature of the issue and what is being done to get it up and running again, and they offer no answers whatsoever about when they expect to get their act together. Recruits that haven't quit already are making talk of legal action and attendance has taken a major turn for the worse. I'm disappointed with my company for going into business with a financial service that is so careless. There should not be any issues that are not to be expected and they should have the necessary resources to be able to quickly and effectively fix any potential problems that *** arise. The fact that the issue has been ongoing for over 10 days is extremely troubling and unacceptable. We are handing over our paychecks to people who simply don't know what they're doing.

DailyPay I have to continue on from my last review

I have to continue on from my last review. And the false advertisement of them being open 24/7 is a complete lie. Their open from 7AM-10PM (don't fact check me they might not even be open that long) anything after that is an automated chat system that they just create a ticket for whatever you type - and never hear back from anyone. I hope that me and enough employees can convince the billion dollar corporation I work at ti drop daily pay and find a new company to contract with because Daily Pay is a complete joke. And my situation was 100% on them. And I had to waste more than 14 hours over 5 days just sitting on hold waiting for an incompetent untrained person tell me something that isn't correct just to have to sit on hold for 2 more hours for another untrained employee tell me they don't know why someone told me that then proceed to tell me even more incorrect information. It went from 1 hour to 24 to *** to my issue being 'fixed' when it wasn't to my account was in review to be closed that someone will call me back that night to me having to sit on hold for 2 more hours for someone to tell me they don't know why I was told someone would call me back that it's showing my ticket was escalated but it's now a *** wait to now being *** To me sitting on hold another 2 hours to get transferred to a supervisor but non are available but will have one call me and they'll follow to now 48 hours later no supervisor or call back from 'representative' completely ridiculous. Maybe they need to have people working in an office and the wait time im sure will be cut in half or if anything I won't have to listen to peoples kids screaming in the back ground or dogs barking or their loud TVs. Literally sooo unprofessional and I'm so thankful I've only ever had to use them twice and that the third time I went to use them this happened because I will never again in life give them a *** out of my money to transfer nor will any of the coworkers

DailyPay This company is a complete and utter mess

This company is a complete and utter mess. On or around 10/28 I received an obscure email from my employer outlining a new partnership with DailyPay. Looking further into it, the concept was intriguing. While not living paycheck to paycheck, access to this could save use of a credit card for example, and I created an account. Interestingly enough, I had no problem withdrawing money and the concept seemed pretty simple. The issue even early on, nothing at all is clear on how they interact with your employer OR administer your pay. For example, is your paycheck still handled by your companies payroll program? How much of your pay is available and when? They don't have a single useful reference doc or video on specifics. Everything is so unclear, fortunately it is easy to piece together after a week of use. As luck would have it two weeks into use, a family pet became severely ill requiring thousands of dollars in treatment and close to wiped out my checking account. For several days, I did withdraw almost daily from DailyPay. Issues began that week, on 11/20 I noticed an obscure notification that my pay would be available four business days after being reported. Simply confused, as earnings were sitll reporting, I attempted to reach customer service. Hold time was in excess of 30 minutes and I hung up - Resorting to email. Same day I did not receive a reply.Following day, I did call in later in the evening and did get a representative on the phone. This poor representative had absolutely no idea, and nobody else did either. They seem to email people asking for guidance. Her comment was your last report from your employer was 11/15 - Which as I explained was not factual and we should both be able to see that on the app. The outcome, as a salaried individual I am on 'salary delayed' and she had no idea what that actually meant. Additionally, I still had not received correspondence from my email for support.Beginning to worry I had roped myself into something shady and noting that my payroll department had moved to deposit 100% of my pay to the bank account of DailyPay... Accompanied with horrible reviews on the Complaintsboard.com website and social media, I began getting very uncomfortable with my decision to use DailyPay and started a more concerted effort to get answers.11/24 I was determined to get clear concise and actionable information. Starting early in the AM, I reached out. DailyPay does have a call back feature which did actually yield a call back! After about 30min the first call, I spoke with ***. She was very nice, however, like the representative earlier that week had no clue on what the issue was, how to solve it or what to tell me about process. She told me to submit a paystub and my schedule via email, which I did. She did not seem to be able to receive it and promised a call back once received and she would open an escalated ticket with support... I thought she was support? Having to follow-up several more times with average wait times of one hour, and contacting their director of customer service I had not a single piece of actionable or calming information. Just more jumbled responses. Later in the afternoon I did manage to confirm they did receive my paperwork, on the second email... When asking to speak with a supervisor, I was informed none were available and after pushing the matter was placed in callback line for a Supervisor. I'd say some three hours later I received a call back from ***. Fortunately he was able to give me answers to my questions and inform me that not a single thing reps earlier had told me was accurate. What a great thing for management to tell a user of their service... All this said, as a salaried individual they hold my earnings for four days, which is reasonable. Not communicating to end users on specific dates that took effect, and when balance will update is not acceptable. DailyPay needs to be much more clear and communicative. Secondly, their support teams either need to be able to actually help end users, I felt as though I knew more about app operation than people I was speaking to. Lastly, DailyPay needs to increase their staffing or streamline their operations in support. Waiting hours to speak to a representative is not acceptable. Not receiving responses to emails is also, not acceptable. I've shared my experience with my employer as well. I can only hope it results in a change in partnership for this sort of service OR they hold DailyPay accountable for delivering an adequate customer experience.

I first used daily pay because of car issues everything was fine, after that it went down hill real quick. I only received a couple checks from daily pay after that all my pay was direct deposited into my checking account through my employer. I got paid from my employer and all of a sudden there was a second deposit for same amount from daily pay. I do the...

DailyPay Scammers hackers

TICKET NUMBER #6706066

My account from daily pay got hacked the other night firday night. Mind you none of my other accounts my email phone number bank account got hacked. Only DAILYPAY someone was able to log in and add their own bank account and wiped my account $600. Support is horrible I still haven’t received any help or money back. I was on the phone with a lady who helped me send my paycheck stubs like how the fraud team asked me to so I did she said they were fine and then I get a email asking for me to send actual paycheck stubs?!? And for them to tell me if the hacker said these were paycheck stubs he would’ve been able to get in your account and get your money so we need actual paycheck stubs. My job doesn’t give us any other stubs. I sent everything and still my problem can’t be fixed this is so hard and frustrating especially when you’re the lowest of the low working at McDonald’s. You need this money.

Desired outcome: I want my $600 back

DailyPay Daily pay

I have had multiple problems with my pay not being reflected in what is supposed to be an app that allows me to access my pay as needed.

When I call I am constantly being pingponged back and forth between my employer and DailyPay support. It is set up to where a person gets nowhere.

I would outright cancel the service, if it weren’t for my Account manager saying that DailyPay will hold up to two paychecks for canceling.

Desired outcome: I want to cancel this without my money being held hostage

DailyPay Negative balance

I recently just hired at this new job and they introduced me to daily pay, this was my first time ever having a daily pay account, I was using the app as usual and then one day I was informed that I had a negative balance on my account due to an “overpayment” so I called them to ask what it was about and one of their representatives told me it was a breach within their system and they have “never received my paycheck from my employer” every time I have spoken to a team member I always get the same response that it was my employers fault and not theirs and that I need to pay off the balance

Desired outcome: I would like to have my negative charges dropped

DailyPay Upon using service for daily pay I decided to close my account out and switch my direct deposit information to my bank

Upon using service for daily pay I decided to close my account out and switch my direct deposit information to my bank. At the time of closing I hadn't balance of -18 because of all the fees and stuff that you tack on every time you want to take some of your money now mind you on daily pay was not even a service that I signed up for personally I paid off the negative balance and I have not gotten my last five or six paychecks when I contacted daily pay day lied and said that I had taken in advance of my check on 110 of 2022 which is a lie because I closed the account on 13 of 2022 they also told me that my balance was negative 71 something and then more fees or something else it was for. and when I went online to check it out because I knew it was not true I screenshotted all the proper information and sent it to them and still have not heard back from them they're rude condescending and they are crooks. After I close my daily pay account I have switched my bank account information to my personal bank and if you're not receiving my first or second check I went to check to see where my checks were going and it says that they're going into my very account. That is theft everywhere in ***. If someone did that to another person took their checks like that that would be a criminal charge. My human resources department has also verified that they have had numerous problems with daily pay after people close out their account all the sudden all these fees are tacked on and made up charges. I want my money I'm a single mom with three boys and I'm a server so every dollar helps and I don't need some big business thinking that they're going to bully me out of my money. They continue to override my direct deposit information and keep themselves as my bank which they're nothing like it's nothing but a bunch of crooks and thieves in that company. They've done this to more than just one person but I won't allow it

January 9th, 2023 Dailypay stopped issuing out payment for my worked shifts. On January 11th, 2023 I filed a customer suppert ticket via email and recieved no response. January 12th I recieved a response to a second supprt ticket I submitted. The *** asked me some questions, to which I replied, and again recieved no response. On the afternoon of January 12th, I called and submitted a customer support ticket and it was supposedly sent to their escalations team for review. I was told multiple times over the phone and through email that I would recieve a response in *** hours. I never recieved such a response, or update on the status. Today January 16th, more than 48 business hours late, I still have not recieved a response, or any type of update as to the issue with why I am not getting paid for the shifts i'm working. I tried contacting them again on today January 16th, 2023 and was told my ticket hadnt been assigned yet, and that I would recieve a response in *** hours from the initialy date it was submitted. I live paycheck to paycheck, I have bills due on different dates. If this issue is not corrected, I will lose my vehicle, my house, and my whole way of life.

I have been using dailypay since I was hired and it has been a life saver. But they are not updating my earnings and overpaid several other employees and are now not allowing any of us access to our money. I only owed $9.44 to dailypay for the overpayment which I make over that in one hour. I just want my money for the work I have done. I don't want anything for free. I just want it made right. I had been told 3 different times it would and could come out of what was reported and I am fully aware it has been reported yet the remainder of the day I worked that would cover it is not there and a entire shift is not there either.

Used daily pay through my employer, the company I worked for was bought out by another company, beginning of year , was supposed to receive a paycheck on 1/6/23, did not receive my pay, contact daily pay they said they were trying to submit my remainder payment and that my bank was rejecting it, they said they were escalating the issue and that someone would contact me in *** I called again on 1/9/23 spoke with someone they said they received by *** and kept the whole thing to cover was I had borrowed, which was partly from what I had borrowed from the following payday, they stated where the new company took over they had to close out the old company and therefore took my whole paycheck, so I dealt with that. ON the app, everything was normal until 1/13/23 when for some reason my account shows again a negative balance of *** dollars, I have called every day since 1/13/23 and keep being told the same thing we are escalating the ticket and someone will be in touch with you, NO ONE ever calls or messages back. I am supposed to get paid tomorrow 1/20/23 and as of right now looks like I wont receive my paycheck again, I have again called and talked with someone in the office who is again sending to an escalation team who evidently do not work at all. I dont think this is how to run a business.

The company is withholding money! I use daily pay every day and my balance ALWAYS updates the next day after a shift worked at 7 am. Every day. No issue ever. It has been 9 days now and my balance hasn't updated. I rely on this daily pay for my bills! My lights is about to be shut off because of this! They are blaming my employer but I can clearly see that my hours have been reported! Mind you I've been contacting them over and over and they feed me the same *** without any kind of solution. I've sent in paystubs and hours to prove I've work these days. And they still withholding my funds. I would never refer this company to anyone. I can't quite my job but I really feel my job should stop working with them because this is a reoccurring problem.

DailyPay I use daily pay through my job, *** markets in ***

I use daily pay through my job, *** markets in ***. In March 2022, I noticed that money was missing from *** but I couldn't find it. My wife opened my daily pay app and discovered that there was money being transferred from my paychecks onto a MasterCard that did not belong to me or my wife and the transfers were being done before my paycheck was being deposited into my account. We immediately called daily pay and they locked my account. 2 weeks later I was told by someone in the fraud department that my phone was spoofed "spoofed", that there was nothing daily pay could do and that that was it. I am out well over $1,000 and due to this I had eviction filed against me, a 10-day shut off for my water, a 10-day shut off for my electricity, and my vehicle insurance lapsed. Dailypay is responsible because they did not stop the fraudulent activity and they allowed a scammer to go in my account multiple times and add a bank card, take my money remove the card, go back in to take my money remove the car again and continuously do this making my pay deposits extremely low. I should have been paid around $300 every Thursday and instead I only received paychecks of $64 and two paychecks, I received nothing! They want me to file a police report even though it is obvious that the card entered is not mine and then they said that I should have received emails and text messages of these transfers and I did not. They had to have known I wasn't receiving these emails and texts and when I did a transfer to my own account I never received an email or text. I assume that whoever hacked my daily pay account turned off the email / text option so that I would not be made aware. Dailypay owes me my money back, this app has put me in a financial hardship that I cannot get out of. The more I read, the more I see, the more people I see that are going through the same thing the more frustrated I get. I want my money back! JLP

I have been trying to access my account for almost a year... The app and the website never load... I am able to request my money via text only and it is the biggest scam I have ever encountered.. Having to pay $3+ for a $100 deposit... I have printed all my text messages and bank statements and I've hired an attorney to *** for all the fees which is multiple throughout the pay period for almost a year... I call the number and ask the reps say we are escalating your ticket... and no solution.. they say they can't access my account either... It will not load, I've tried everything they suggest tenfold... and now I'm fed up with it... App and website...

This company provides you with an option to receive your pay the same day you work. Well, this company has failed . Over Christmas vacation they left me stranded in *** with zero options to get my $300. They said they were having issues and he had no way to release my money. Now January 17th and the issue isn't resolved and they are ignoring my emails and all my coworkers emails. They can't just drop and ignore their customers. Shame on them.

I started seeking assistance with daily pay using there customer service line since January 8. I have not been able to cash out of my account since the 8. They claim they made a mistake and over paid me making it a negative balance, hence this is not on my app no mention of negative balance or the payment options nothing.. my shift is being reported everyday... They said the negative balance is 68 dollars it should have been paid off with all the earnings I made already.. I have gotten no answers nothing it was escalated multiple times.. they are holding my money I no longer want to deal with this company. I am waiting for my paycheck to deposit so I can cancel I'm scared to cancel before and they don't pay me my money. Their customer service is disgusting the supervisors are a joke... I rely on my hard earned money . I have to pay my water bill.. I am not on public assistance nor food stamps everything is cash money my fridge is running low on food and I have three kids my husband's salary can't cover everything.. highly disappointed... I have exhausted all my options with this company I can no longer wait...

I was to receive the remaining balance of 1/6/23. My job has switched over from weekly pay to bi weekly pay. From my check with the pay period of 12/22/22- 12/28/22 I should have received a remainder pay of $468.44. 12/22/28 is the last weekly check I would have received. The next pay period is 12/29/22/1/23. From this pay period I borrowed $764.21 from myself. I should not owe ANYTHING because I earned wages on December 29,30,31 and January 1,4,5,9,10,11. Your system changed my status to terminated and cancelled my daily pay. Causing my earnings not to update. Clearly I do not owe anything because I am still employed and still earning wages towards this pay period for the check I will receive 1/20/23. This issue needs to be resolved quickly, I have a home and children that I have to care for. So far it has been a week without pay this is not acceptable. If there is still confession someone should have reached out to my *** for clarification of what fundamental new biweekly pay schedule will It would help tremendously if my daily pay account status can be changed from cancelled to active so that my wages can be updated and so that i can receive some cash. I am still employed with fundamental. My last paycheck I sent reflects that. I have called every day since 1/5/23 looking for answers and as of today 1/12/23 I know just as much as I did a week ago. No one has called me. I have received 2 emails from a escalations specialist twice. She has stated that she was off work and that's why she has not responded. This is a urgent matter my ticket should be with someone who can work daily/hourly/ consistently on my case. I need my pay and I need my account reactivated.

I have been trying to access my daily pay account for a month . Everytime I reach out Im given different reasons as to why I cant access my account . Then to be told they are going to escalate my ticket to resolve the issue . Then when they reach out its always we are working on the problem we have no time frame of when it will be fixed . But my issue is everyone else I work with can access daily pay so why cant I . And I feel like more can be done for the issue. And it dont seem as if they are even trying to fix the problem.

Daily pay has is not paid my son an employee at *** who is 17 his entire paycheck of $197.84. My son was supposed to be paid on 1/6/2023 $197.84, however Daily Pay claims they sent the payment over to the debit card on file. The fraudulent part is that they claim the debit card they sent the money to was entered on 12/30/2022 but that is impossible because the debit card did not exist before 1/9/2023. We have made multiple phone calls and have spoken to more than 7 people concerning this being fixed but no one can figure out how they can say a debit card that did not exist prior to 1/9/2023 was added to the account before then. We also saw that a fraudulent transaction was made claiming my son asked for $26.22 to be given to him before his pay on 1/4/2023 but that is false, our records show that he did not request such transaction, he was expecting his pay to be deposited for the full amount. I have attached my son's bank statements showing that he is missing a week of pay. I have also entered the proof that the debit card was only entered as of 1/9/2023 and Daily Pay acknowledged it. I tried to use their Trace IDs with our bank and they claim they did not receive any money nor did they reject any money. Again this is the pay that belongs to a minor who is 17. I have asked for Daily Pay to be immediately cancelled because of the fraudulent activity that has occurred since 12/30/2022 and they are claiming it takes 2 pay cycles but I think more can be done, I should not have to wait 4-6 weeks.

There was an issue with my paycheck this week so I received 2 paychecks. One on our normal payday and one the next day. I had a balance owed from the paycheck I just received and knew it would be deducted from the paycheck I received today. I was very surprised to find that dailypay shorted me $600 leaving me with just enough money to pay 1 bill. Upon contacting them their chat services kept disconnecting So i sent an email and got no response. I tried the chat again and was informed that because my check was a day late I was charged for not only the balance I knew was being deducted but also the balance owed on a future check. I was told I would have to wait 1-2 business days to find out if there was anything they could do for me. It's Friday and Monday is a holiday so a minimum of 4 days I have to wait to see if there's anything they can do to help me, and because of this they keep saying the payperiod that I'm in the middle of right now is closed and I have no balance. So if the payperiod was closed even though it doesn't end until the 19th they owe me for that paycheck as well. $2482.83 is what should be in my account for that payperiod but instead I got $379. If I do not receive a refund in a timely manner I will contact my attorney.

I also would like to know what happened. Cause this seems to almost be in the form of a class action lawsuit. To many people are complaining. I'm also looking at my daily pay account and it seems off to me. First I was wondering why my deposit is not going to what I used for direct deposit until the day of payday. Then on that payday I was paid 13 dollars. If you only charge 2.99 to transfer and you take that fee from the money transferred where does the other 40 dollars go to. These are multiple transfers. After 4 transfers that is an 160 dollars unaccounted for.

DailyPay I was Under the impression all user terms and agreements were listed on the faqs section and the agreement terms upon signing up for the service

I was Under the impression all user terms and agreements were listed on the faqs section and the agreement terms upon signing up for the service on DAILYPAY, Ive received two paychecks and borrowed through their company multiple times , I was paid by direct deposit on the same day multiple times however this current pay was different I didnt Receive any pay on the designated payday TUESDAY or any notification from daily pay that my paycheck would be delayed when I called the company for clarification they basically told me what they were explaining to me on the phone was not listed on the website and on the terms and conditions and I shouldve called for clarity if I didnt understand becsuse most people call for understanding however this wasnt my first pay check so I wasnt aware that things would change and according to the rolling balance the supervisor from daily pay mentioned and when I asked If it was on the site under the terms she tells me no because each company is different based on the company and whoever youre banking with when your paychecks are issued . However it doesnt state that on the site anywhere so we just wouldnt know unless we called well i work 16 hour shifts daily and dont have the luxury to call and so i didnt know what was going on with my pay because i never received any notification from daily pay and I thought it was my employers fault and quit my job because I thought It was their error since daily pay changed my direct deposit information as well they were telling me my check was deposited into another account Again I never received notification from DAILYPAY that this would occur suddenly especially since Ive already borrowed multiple times before the same amount I just had no clue where my pay check was and that someone was stealing from me , my relationship with this employer is now ruined and I no longer have employment and while DAILYPAY couldve made that clear they insisted on speaking to the employer to reinstate

I work 3 jobs that all use daily pay I was locked out my original email for one job and when I started my other 2 jobs I used a new email so now my problem is getting my accounts all linked under one email and phone number I been getting the run around since October 2022 and it's now January 8 2023 I have all the email thread and they all just copied and pasted responses it really shouldn't be that hard to link my accounts if I showed a copy of my id and paycheck stubs

DailyPay I signed up with Daily pay, with my company of employment, thinking daily pay would be the solution to all financial problems by providing funds

I signed up with Daily pay, with my company of employment, thinking daily pay would be the solution to all financial problems by providing funds when needed and as needed instead of being forced to wait and remaining broke.this was a service that was provided however, it was met with technical difficulties to overcome. originally I posted a negative review on the issue on the daily pay app store in nov of 2021, the daily pay app both app and windows 10 in a web browser, requested I reset my password, at first this was nothing new being that it deals with finance. I then began to notice, I was being forced to reset my password not just that 1 time, but every single time I log out, and log in, I got prompted with a security alert forcing me to reset my password. this would be all fine and dandy, except this company charges *** for each and every transfer in which I do agree with, if those fees are being used appropriately which would include to provide tech support to its users as needed considering this is an app that involves money... our pay checks from work. I reached out on the first post, explained what I thought was going on, daily pay has not resolved the issue and has only asked me to reset my password and provide my information that proves I am who I say I am. to this day nearly 2 months later, I received an email from the escalation team higher up support... and still they ask me again to reset my password and for my proof of identity. its been 2 months nearly, and they haven't even started looking into the code as it seems, to find the solution. my bank doesn't do this to me, in fact, not a single bank account or finance account I've logged into online, has forced me to reset my password on a regular basis like this ever. my concern, what am I paying for if they aren't fixing technical issues?I doubt they even understand their software.I don't want to pay for a service I'm not getting. the tech support email on the app site is invalid too.

DailyPay Daily pay and their services of paying you your daily earnings is a LIE

Daily pay and their services of paying you your daily earnings is a LIE. They do provide a portion of your funds but I noticed that I was missing money when it came to my remaining amount being sent to my account. My last check/ statement showed I did 9 early transfers which according to their system showed I transferred a total of 1kish early. BUT if you looked at my advances for the time period I only advanced 9 times with one being 17 dollars, the highest being 90 and change with an average of 85ish for the remaining. Adding up all of the early transfers PLUS their fees for sending immediately I was still missing a total of $178 dollars and change. When I noticed this I went back through every single statement and found I was missing money in every single case. One of them being over $400 dollars missing. This wasnt sent in a remaining balance. Wasnt taxes or anything this was pure take home money that just seemed to vanish. I have been talking to their customer service by email (which is a complete joke, unprofessional and belittling mind you) and they emailed me this morning with our systems are electronic and all done automatically, so theres no way we could of taken your money and then she went on how to check my statements as if I hadnt already sent her photos, the calculator screen shots, and both the statement and my official pay stubs showing that money was still missing. This last pay period before taxes I was getting *** and change after taxes/insurance my take home pay was ***. After DailyPay got their weaseling little hands in the pot I only ended up getting a total of *** and change. I was SUPPOSED to get *** but magically got shorted *** total its around a grand of money thats missing over the last couple months. Stay away from DailyPay. They lie, steal and try to ignore you. Depending on the next response I get I am taking them to small claims court. This is BS and extremely unprofessional.

DailyPay I was given the option to use Dailypay

I was given the option to use Dailypay. I originally believed it to be a big benefit because normally you will be charged $.99 for a next day transfer, however my employer offered to cover that next day fee cost making it free to me.At first the app seemed good and trustworthy. I would open the app and it would tell me you have received, for instance, $300 dollars, you can transfer some of the amount or all if you would like. I began to transfer some of the funds and again, at the onset, no problems. However, one day when I went to transfer money it said my account was negative $1,188.30. I was shocked, this is not a bank or credit card so how could I be negative even one *** much less $1,188.30. Whatever amount they say you have avaiable to transfer is the highest absolute you can transfer, never more. What they told me is practically criminal. They said they "estimated" that is how much I was earning so they made "that much" available to me but after they received my official paycheck it was less so now I owed them money.I called them to tell them, it is their mistake, it is not my fault that they "offered" me too much money because they thought my paycheck would be higher than it is. After calling they only gave me the run around, we demanded to speak to someone higher. The girl on customer service said ok let me talk to my manager. After an extended wait, the customer service agent, came back and said ok we are reviewing this and will get back to you by phone within a certain time frame. They said if they did not get back then I could email them with account info etc. to make sure it was not looked over (What kind of customer service is this?)The call never came, so we had to email. After a few days they got back and just said the same thing they said on the phone - we estimated how much you would receive and based on our estimation we allowed you to transfer that much but we were wrong so you owe us that much money. I have emailed back and been ignored.

DailyPay DailyPay is a 3rd party payroll option to payday loans

DailyPay is a 3rd party payroll option to payday loans. They gain authorization from you to receive your payroll information and advance funds based on the work youve already done. You authorize them to change your direct deposit information to one of their clearinghouse accounts and they advance you funds - on payday your employer sends them your paycheck and they send you the remainder after what youve drawn during the payroll period. This past pay period DailyPay was constantly down, constantly pausing my account while they verified information and recent transactions - I had no access to any of the funds I had already built up before payday. I called twice and both times it took me over 2 hours to get through - I was told that the systems would update and things would be fine. Payday came and my DailyPay balance shows $887 overdrawn and states that my paycheck was $0.00 - I was not able to go any further in the app until I made a payment arrangement with DailyPay to deduct the deficit from my bank account which had already been verified within the system. I contacted my supervisor to alert them, they suggested I contact HR to find out what to do, HR stated that DailyPay was a 3rd party authorization and that my payroll department and employer was absolved of any responsibility after they had released the funds to the account on file. The payroll department contacted me to let me know that an electronic request to change the direct deposit account had been initiated electronically by a 3rd party processor identifying as DailyPay. They gave me the routing # *** and the acct # *** which is a commercial clearinghouse within MB *** based in ***, ***. They process *** payments for companies such as DailyPay/BossPay.I contacted the payroll department back to tell them we needed to try and do a bounce back because DailyPay states that their stand is that my payroll department did not forward my check to them as agreed.

DailyPay This business is doing fraud

This business is doing fraud. Dailypay allows one to get part of their pay early and receive the remaining balance left on their actual payday; which mine is biweekly on a Friday. You are only allowed to transfer and use the amount Dailypay offers in your balance and can never be more than your paycheck because they only give 70% of your days pay. I worked on 01/01/2023 51/2 hours and was paid time and a half, my regular pay is $18.81 so for holiday pay I'm paid a little over $27.00. Dailypay offered me $69.00 of my pay for that day. I transferred the bal early in which they charge $*** fee if you want it that day, if you don't transfer the full amount they offer and go to transfer the remaining balance that same day they charge you another $*** to transfer the remaining balance; which is not right because it says you should only be charged a *** fee for that day not each time you transfer within that day. I worked Friday 01/06/2023 and dailypay only offered me $102.00 for the day but only gave me $36.00 claiming I was overpaid from my 01/01/2023 payday balance; which is incorrect because I made over the $69.00 they offered and regardless this is my pay and money I made. It makes no sense. I called dailypay and spoke with an agent who went over my balances and transfers and the numbers did not calculate correctly so she escalated to a supervisor who then went over the balances and transfers with me and the calculations were not correct there were major discrepancies. He could not make it make sense and tried to say we are able to request more then what is offered; which is false. I explained I only transfer the balance dailypay allows. I then requested to be escalated to a manager in which he claimed he was the highest person there is noone above him, yet he is only a supervisor. I asked for his boss, he told me he has no boss it stops at him. So now my intelligence is being insulted. Right then I realized this is not right and there is obvious fraud going on. I

DailyPay I work for *** and had the option to have DailyPay as a payment method prior to waiting for my paycheck every Friday

I work for *** and had the option to have DailyPay as a payment method prior to waiting for my paycheck every Friday. I started DailyPay on July 01, 2022. I didnt do much research into this company before signing up for it, which I now regret. This last friday, July 22, 2022, I log into my account to find that i have a NEGATIVE balance of -$53.65. This shouldn't ever happen, beings that they "withhold" an estimate of taxes so that I don't owe them or my company. I worked since then, and have also had available "balances" appear on my account, as well as an automated email and text message stating I got paid for the day. That balance was "supposedly" cleared when i spoke to *** with my ticket number (***). She told she escalated my account to be reviewed for a payment plan and said i would hear some form of communication with *** hours. I assumed I would get paid this morning beings that I got a text message and email that my balance went up $34.10. I didn't transfer the money beings that it cost, and I was going to wait til I got off work. Next thing i know, I log-in, and I have a balance of $0.00. I called and spoke with *** ticket number (***) and she stated that they accidentally sent that and it won't be available until tomorrow. She said the negative balance will clear tomorrow and I can continue using Daily Pay as normal. Im oblivious as to where my money is going. apparently, Ive already made $1,256.97 from my employer and I have nothing to show for it. I just want to know what this company is doing with my money and why I keep getting the run around. They say if i close my account, It will take 2 pay-periods, which now im scared to do for the thought that Im basically working for free. I looked up a few other complaints and found 386 RECENT ones dealing with similar, if not worse, issues as i'm dealing with. I just want some type of explanation because I'm getting nothing but the run-around from this company.

DailyPay I began using Daily Pay service in May when my employee introduced this service

I began using Daily Pay service in May when my employee introduced this service. I had no knowledge that my check would be going into a *** account that Daily created and I have no access to. The first payment I thought was the money I requested so I spent it with the understanding a portion of my check $114.00 would be deducted every payday until the money was paid. I later realized it was an overpayment but I continued to let the money come out of my paycheck but each time I log into my dailypay account I would see options to have them go into my personal bank account and take the overpayment. I would never select that option and continue with initial $114 payment. Yesterday I looked at my check stub and realized the my 2 personal bank accounts had been removed from my direct deposit and my ENTIRE PAYCHECK was going to Daily pay account with ***. i called daily pay and spoke with Mary Jo who was not knowledgeable at all and when I requested a supervisor she said no one was available and one would call back. After 3 hours I called and spoke with Delilah who assured me that my check was going to my personal account with Bank of America. TODAY I HAVE NO PAYCHECK AND AN OVERDRAWN ACCOUNT. AS i type this I am on the phone with a utterly rude representative of Daily Pay name Tonya. I asked for a supervisor immediately and she began yelling for more information I gave the information and she placed me on hold (currently) for 8 minutes. She just came back to the line only to tell me what the representative told me yesterday "one will have to call me back" I explained that was communicated to me yesterday and no one has called back. She then told me that my check had been deposited into my account at 8:30 this morning I informed her that I just checked my account before calling her and it was not there and my account was overdrawn. Tonya said I should look again and indeed it was there "my check" MINUS 864.00. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE 864.00! My terms were for 114.00 per paycheck! I WOULD LIKE FOR MY OVERDRAFT FEES TO BE REIMBURSED IN THE AMOUNT OF $170.00 THIS COMPANY HAS UNFAIR PRACTICES AND SHOULD BE CLOSED. I HAVE OVERDRAFT FEES AND ALL BEHIND THIS ! BEWARE EVERYONE NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH DAILY PAY AND I WILL RALLY AROUND THIS TO BOYCOTT BY SCREAMING THE UNFAIR PRACTICES TO EVERYONE INCLUDING MY EMPLOYER

DailyPay I work for Tractor Supply Company and through the company I was told to sign up for DailyPay

I work for Tractor Supply Company and through the company I was told to sign up for DailyPay. That this was a great way to get money fast that I had earned while working. I get paid every other week like most and was going through some money troubles at the time so I hopped on this oppurtunity and thought it was too good to be true, and it was. Tractor Supply Co. sent my paycheck to DailyPay so they could take out the advancment I made of 264 dollars. DailyPay immediatley sent my check back to Tractor Supply Co. and they sent me the paycheck in full. DailyPay did this so I would be charged the $264 to my next paycheck with some hidden fee's. After talking to over a dozen DailyPay associate's in one day, I realized I was getting no where with them and asked for a manager of somesort or anyone higher than them. I was put on a callback list several times, and was never called back. -- 2 weeks later. My ADP app through Tractor Supply Company shows that I have worked enough to recieve over $600. I check my bank account and I only recieved $101. I call DailyPay to talk to another dozen people to finally get ahold of a supervisor. After an hour long conversation of "where is my money?" I was exausted. She was putting words in my mouth and was trying to trip me up in lies. The $264 soon rose up in numbers everytime she said it. By the end of the conversation I got her (the supervisor) to slip up and say that she doesn't use DailyPay because of the lasting effects it has on people, meaning how they steal your money behind your backs and then play dumb and make up numbers. This has also happened to several other employees at my business and needs to stop. I have payments due like every other human being and a simple thought of "Oh, this could really help me catching up on bills" turned into "I'm deeper in this hole than I began". I was told to get overi it by the supervisor and she tried hanging up on me multiple times during the conversation. I asked for someone higher than her and she said "No". I asked for her boss and she said DailyPay. I again asked but in a different way. "Who hired you in?" She replied, "DailyPay". Over an hour long conversation, and I got no where. No resolution, nothing. They charged me a $2.99 fee for the advancment for same day transfer and I didn't recieve the money until 3 days later in my paycheck when I could of gotten the money without a charge. DailyPay is a scam and I am now in debt because they have stolen hundreds from me. I have treid everyday now to remove myself from DailyPay and it won't let me. I need help

I have not received my earnings and almost a week and all they keep doing is giving generic answers, saying they will fixed my logging in 3-5 business days its already been 7. . I have bills to pay and I cant pay them because DailyPay is false advertising that you get paid within 24 hours. I would give 0 stars if I could
