color Cardinal Heather XL youth ! unit price 53.99 Ordered on September 20, 2025 at 9:29 AM CDT I received a conformation and nothing else since. This order was place on line at their website of prep sportswear It was to be shipped by USPS MY order conformation # is 6328564. to be shipped as soon as it was custom made.

Claimed loss: 53.99 plus tax

Desired outcome: I would like the product as it was my grandsons birthday present other wise I want my money back
