I went to Premier Radiology for 2 knee MRI's. Paid in full at date of service on 5.22.24. They charged my credit card 2xs. Been fighting tis bill for over a year. 6/10/24 called to complain about double Bill. 7.2.24 called back requesting my credit. of which I received on 7.12.24. 1.29.25 billed me back again $302.00 I don't owe. 2.7.25 called again discuss overage. 2.13.25 called again to discuss overbilling told its in back office review. 3.11.25 received text to pay. 3.14.25 called again in back office review. 6.10.25 turned over to collection for a bill I paid at date of service. Turned over to collection for an overbilling. stated in back office review. receive daily collection text. 6.26.25 called same answers in back office review don't worry. 9 calls to be told the same thing 6 times. with no resolution
Claimed loss: I am turned over to collection, which is very concerning given my Excellent Credit. A year of labor hours on my part sitting on calls being told the same thing over and over. This is still ongoing as well.
Desired outcome: I need this overbilling charge of $302.00 to be taken care of and I need something in writing stated it is resolved and no further actions will be taken and confirmation this will NOT affect my credit.
