I hired Premeir Advocates to file a claim for me in Feb 2022 due to a stroke which left me unable to work. They were very nice & personable and assured me they would take care of all the forms and the filing process. I was told everything was signed filed & waiting for SS to review my case. Between February & the end of April I contacted them several times and was told their trying to get in touch with SS. When I contacted SS I was told the forms never were filed by Premeir. Social security gave me the forms to fill out , all fifty of them, and told me to do a delayed filing in which I completed. I waited almost three months with the impression that Premeir Advocates were working on my case when actually they weren't. If your looking for professional Advocates you may want to go anywhere except Premeir.

I wish I had known about Premier before I applied for SSDI on my own, For almost a year I pulled together information I was asked to provide and did several phone interviews with reps from SS. I applied twice and was denied both times even after the doctor that SS sent me to said I qualified for benefits. As I had no money coming in and my bills were piling up, I met a woman at an AARP event. I mentioned my frustration with the process and she recommended Premier, I contacted them and they immediately put my mind at ease. If they needed additional information I was contacted and throughout the process, they kept me informed. I wasted months trying to work through the system and lost my house in the process but Premier got me my benefits and I am eternally grateful. I would recommend Premier with NO HESITATION!

I was very skeptical at first . They keep me updated on my case. When I had a question my attorney was easy to get a hold of. If I wasn't able to get ahold of my attorney. I would leave a message and in a few minutes I would get a call back from my attorney or a representative of the law firm . My case didn't take that long. I was fortunate that I had all my medical records on hand. It made it go a lot quicker. I started my case about a few months before COVID-19 started. I called the law firm and my attorney assured me that they would be working from home. And we had a phone conference / Court hearing which I was surprised. I was nervous about that but it went well. The attorney called me afterwards and told me that I was awarded my benefits. I definitely would recommend this law firm to my family and friends.

It was a long process but overall Premier disability was very helpful and kept me up to date. I felt supported and like they knew what they were doing and that they wanted to help me. I appreciated the phone calls and they always returned mine within a reasonable amount of time. I think they are very helpful and very busy. Due to covid alot has changed making things harder and puts things out of control. We had a few speed bumps and things were frustrating but in the end it worked out and that is what counts. The last lawyer I had was the best and knew what they were doing. And really held my hand and made a difference. That was my last hearing, I was denied twice and the first lawyer didn't even show up so they call that denied and then the second lawyer didn't do much he wanted to catch a flight so i was disappointed in him. But the last lawyer was on my side and had my back and did an awesome job!

When I needed to file for disability I called every lawyer within 50 miles of me and told the same thing you file and if your turned down then we will review you case. Not Premier they took my case filed all paperwork and were just a phone call away anytime I needed them, I was turned down twice by social security and when it was time to go before a judge the lawyer I was assigned called me and took the time to listen to every word and question I had made me feel very comfortable and ready for my hearing. The judge requested some additional information and Premier was on top of it, I got my disability with back pay and Medicare A & B. So I assumed I was done with Premier no not yet the called me 2 days after I won my ssdi and put me in contact with an agent to explain and go over my choices Medicare to make sure I got the best plan available to me. Premier did an awesome job for me and I highly recommend them.

I really appreciate the outcome of my claim which they helped me win! I was very happy that they helped me with this process they kept me informed on every step of the way. They return my calls and emails very promptly! This was the second time I had applied for SS the first time was with another law firm. I got denied because they didn't represent me full heartedly! They didn't give me no chance as the judge seen that they didn't even agree with me seems they even had doubts of my disability.The other lawyer didn't even put up a little fight it was very depressing. I'm a disabled Vet and they didn't represent me as they needed too! They barely got a 1 star only cause I had to put something! Anyway I wish I had Premier Disabilty the first time! I truly believe the results would of been much better even with the judge I had! I would definitely refer them to anyone looking for a good disability lawyer thanks to them again!

After being denied Social Security Disability regardless of various doctor's testimonials as validation, Premier Disability took a look at my case and said "Let's do this" and they got to it. Took some time as you can imagine, Social Security being as incompetent as any other public agency. But after a couple of phone calls with Premier and Social Security to reassure them this was a legit claim and whatever else they could try to find to deny me, they gave in. Premier Disability Services got me the maximum benefits available to me through Social Security Disability. If not for them I would be in a much worse position than I am now. To sum it up, I highly recommend Premier for any services regarding Social Security; they will work for you. I received pay from the date I filed until the date of my positive determination, plus I get a check the beginning of the month straight to my bank. That's a positive note to end on for sure.

The team at Premier Disability is outstanding in every way! They take a very complex challenge and break it down into manageable pieces. Then they aggressively manage each piece with skill and compassion until the correct result is achieved. I cannot imagine navigating the disability maze without a skilled and trusted ally, which is exactly what Premier became. My case was completed long ago, but they continue to follow up with me to be sure that all aspects of my benefits are optimized. It wasn't always easy to reach them, but they never failed to reach me when anything important was at stake. They answered every question. I can recommend them highly, and have done so multiple times. I am grateful to everyone who worked with me at Premier and I hope they can continue to provide this valuable service for a long time to come. Knowing that they were expertly handling the disability aspect allowed me to focus much more on my own health and much less on legal and administrative or financial challenges.

Ultimately they got me a positive result however the communication was almost zero the only time they contacted me with an update was when I complained that nobody was getting in touch with me. I had to constantly stay on them in regards to contacting disability making sure that they were putting in the phone calls and sending them the emails in a timely fashion. Most of the information I got about my case I got from social security themselves when I called them. In fact it's been over 2 weeks and my case has been settled and premier disability is still not contacted me. I received a check in the mail and called social security to verify that this was my back pay which they confirmed and also let me know what my monthly payments would be. The only thing I can see this company really did for me was to file my paperwork. With as much as I had to say on top of them about things as much information I had to get on my own through my phone calls to social security I believe I could have done this on my own

PDS did all the work necessary to obtain approval for my application for Social Security disability benefits. They ensured the SSA forms were completed correctly and that the SSA received all documents in a timely fashion. I was kept informed as to the status of my application and the approximate dates of the various steps in the process. I was also always treated with respect when I called with questions and they always provided me with the information I needed. While their services may seem to be expensive not having to work my way through a government process was well worth the cost. The fact that SSA took the amount out of the backpay amount owed me meant that I did not have to worry about where I would have to come up with the funds. In addition their payment policy gave me confidence that I would not have anything deducted from my monthly benefit payments. Lastly, after I received approval from the SSA PDS followed up with information about services that may be available to me from SSA and about tax and insurance information.

STOP! Stop right here! If you are researching and contemplating your options about your disability claim, pick up the phone, email, or whatever, but just go ahead and make this vital move. Premier Disability Services has got it figured out. From start to finish, you will be taken care of. It took me a while to get resolution for my case, but, not because of Premier. There are a lot of gears turning in this process, and sometimes other agencies do not operate with the same intensity and professionalism as Premier...I'm sure you can understand that. But, the bottom line is, if you are willing to trust anyone with your and your family's future, trust Premier. You will be met with great customer service, attention to detail, and will be kept informed along the way...no matter the obstacles or time frame. The impact that your disability case is having in your life can and will be minimized by qualifying for benefits you have earned and deserve. Premiere had me update all my medical appts. With them and the got all my doctors notes. I actually did most of the work in getting the doctors notes and letters for them. The staff was always friendly and helpful but had very little information to share. I was told in the beginning that I would be charged only 10% or a specified maximum. Right before we went in to see the judge the attorney they sent to represent me, this was the first time and last time I met him, shoves a piece of paper under my nose and says I need to sign this before we go in to see the judge. It changed the original agreement from 10% to 25%. I had waited close to 2 years for this court date so had no choice but to sign it. Since they got their payout from my payback they were able to get the maximum without my consent. I could have protested it but figured the legal fees would far exceed the amount in question. Overall I achieved the desired result in winning my case but felt a little cheated in the end. I would recommend them but can not give them the highest recommendation. Communication could be much, much better and be deceived in the end was a little disturbing.

Beverly Baker Harris Yes they were good but a few months after the state changed my date of eligibility and out of the $26000.00 check they took back $14000.00 and I felt that Premier should have offered me a refund on what they took out of my pay. They did not even contact me. that was several years ago . I suffered because I was going thru 2 cancers at that time with no help from anyone. I have appealed it 8 times. No relief. I contacted the white House and they asked the state to look at it again 3 times. No relief. The issue was this. I live alone . No family or friends. I had the 2nd breast cancer surgery Nov 11 2014 . I had a Oracle Applications business and had gotten a project paying $130.00 per hr . The Cancer was in stage 4 and it was in the same place as the first breast cancer in 2001 . Even though I had a double Mastectomy' and Tran flap 14 years later I got it again in the exact same place. So 2 days after surgery I wrapped my self up and went back to work . I was sitting working and leaving early to go for radiation so I could pay my bills and keep my home and The state says "I was Healed" which is ridiculous. No one is healed after surgery like that and 2 days later go back to work . I wish Premier would have tried to help me. Now I am fighting Pancreatic Caner a 3rd Cancer. I am so tired

I have referred many people to Premier Disability. When my friend referred me to them, I honestly thought they were some shady agency that advertises during soap operas but doesn't deliver. I was grateful to my friend because that was the turning point for me; I was able to finally focus on healing and recovering from my traumatic injuries. At every step, even when I was not easy to deal with due to pain and frustration, they were always professional, thoughtful, compassionate, and the best part- they are effective. This is all they do and they know exactly what to do. My only recommendation for improvement would be to better prepare the client for their appearance before the judge. I had only a few minute briefing with an attorney in my area before we spoke with the judge. I had no preparation whatsoever when the judge said that I could fight for two more years or agree to half of the benefits that I am entitled to. The attorney said that there is pressure on the judges to not award backpay, and that was the rational I was given. I had no choice; I was already destitute after the long fight, had just had another surgery and was sporting a metal sling, because I fought alone for a year before I hired Premier Disability. The relief was worth the cost, I guess, and I can say that in hindsight because it is easier than continuing to fight for what is rightfully mine. I have had to live monthly on what I used to earn in two days, so if anyone tries to insult me by saying I was just trying to have a free ride, they have obviously not met me. In closing, Premier Disability was a Godsend. Social Security won't even talk to you without a lawyer and for good reason. The system is clogged up enough with professionals at the helm. So do yourself, or your friends or your loved ones a favor and hire this team of experts. You'll thank me later.
