Great customer service, qualified technicians. I have always been satisfied with their work and recommendations. I called them at 8AM on a Holiday Sunday and they had a technician out by noon. Highly recommend.

Rodrigo was on time. Explained process well. He was very professional looking. He also communicated well about the process. I would use his services again. Home comfort experts is a good company who only seem to hire the best.

Jeff came to give me information about my water heater. He was very thorough and suggested I stay with the water heater I have instead of investing in a very expensive tankless water heater. I appreciated his honesty and his courtesy.

Very impressed! Within a couple hours of our initial call, Gabriel was at our house and had our furnace up and running. He answered all of our questions, explained what he was doing and provided us with good information to keep our furnace operating efficiently. Thank you so much!

Zach was very polite did a thorough job on checking our furnace and our filter and cleaning everything up and tuning up the furnace the young man whose name I can't remember that was helping was very polite I did a good job do not dirty up anyting and I commend them for a great job way to go guys

Jordan Schultz is a very knowledgeable technician. He explained exactly what the problem was and how it could be remedied. I appreciated his knowledge and his friendly manner. He was efficient in his work and did his best to solve the problem. I look forward to his coming back next week to do more work for me.

Dave did a great job for us cleaning our air ducts. He explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. He was very thorough. Great personality and very much interested in our needs. Again, we have to thank Home Comfort for sending us another great employee to take care of equipment that was installed.

Logan was awesome! Professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I have had several technicians out at the house and they have ALL been very nice and spent time to educate me on the issues with my system and gave me tips and information on how to avoid complications in the future. Home Comfort Experts were professional, courteous and on time! Installed our new Trane furnace and A/C system and David did a fantastic job! Cleaned everything up and were very pleasant to work with. Every technician that has ever been to my house for initial installation and yearly check ups are so impressive in manners, appearances, and knowledge. I am so impressed with Home Comfort Experts; from cost comparison, reception personnel, sales staff, Technicians, and maintenance program, I highly recommend this excellent company. ? ? ? ? ?

had them come out to repair a small pin hole leak, plumber did the work in less then 50 minutes and charged 329.00$, asked for an itemized receipt for work that was done since the bill was so out outrageous and was told we do not provide itemized receipts, will not even tell me what hourly rate, just that it is a standard charge? I understand that plumbing work is expensive but 329.00$ for 50 minutes of work is ridiculous. was also told that the plumber quoted my wife what the price would be this is also untrue, only amount that was discussed was the 99$ service charge that I thought was cover under my service agreement, which it was not. I agree I do have to pay for the service but this price is out of control.

Larry S. came to my home today to perform my yearly boiler inspection. He was exactly on time, and was very polite and most informative. He made every effort to make sure he did not bring in the outside dirt and dampness into my house. Personally, I don't even go to those measures, but it was surely refreshing to see the effort to please the customers that Home Comfort company takes. While he was here, I watched the way he worked on the unit. It was a VERY thorough cleaning and checking of everything about the boiler and its operation. I work for myself, and I know what it's like to go the extra mile to assure a customer that their appliance or item, (whatever it is), is getting the attention 100% that you can provide for them. A customer calls a service person because they can't do the work themselves. Larry S. provided me with the confidence that his goal was to properly and fully assure that the boiler was in tip top shape. Thank You, Larry S. and Home Comfort Experts!
