I have dealt with this company since my son was 4 months old. He relies on medical equipment for everyday basic needs. Every time my son needs something it is 6+ months of calling every day to be on hold for 1+ hours to get nowhere and we end up having to wait even longer for the equipment to show up or the diapers to be delivered. I have never in my life had to fight so hard for the basic necessities for my special needs son. Its not even the insurance that is giving me a hard time. Its this company! No-one in this company seems to care about making things easier to obtain or schedule. We are now going on 3 months this year alone calling everyday for a shower chair and the shower has been installed for almost 2 months now! Order was placed 01/04/2024. Shower was completed 02/06/2024 and we still have no shower chair. I was told today 03/26/2024 the order wasn't even processed or placed for order or insurance verified. So we now have to wait another "4 weeks" for a chair my 12 year old son needs to have basic hygiene needs met.

Desired outcome: just need them to improve their system and follow through. wait times on the phone are outrageous. and management doesn't seem to care just like their employees.
