Ideal Garage Doors was excellent. I need a garage door repair. Two people came and inspected the door and my problem. They were unable to fix it but they made suggestions on what they felt my alternatives were. They spent time trying to help me and did not charge me for the visit. I highly recommend them.

Installer came and performed an evaluation of our garage door and made valuable advise. He performed maintanence on our door and installed a new opener. He was extremely polite and worked hard to get everything services and installed quickly. He also set up the wireless openers in our cars which we extremely appreciate.

This company knows how to treat and care for its customers. The technicians arrive on time or early and clearly explain their work. Options are always provided. We appreciate the veterans discount too. The quality of work provided is excellent. Braden R. did a great job assessing the condition of our garage door and opener. Ideal Garage Doors did a great job installing a new garage door opener and refurbishing the old hardware for the door. He very carefully explained the problems, offered solutions, and completed the job in a timely, professional manner. He was pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend Ideal Garage Doors. Aren did a great job. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work. He pointed at problems with my garage door that I failed to notice. We are selling our house and I didn't want to leave the new owners with any problems. He did routine maintenance plus he replaced all the defective rollers and both cables, one which was frayed. I would never have noticed it until he pointed it out-it's a huge safety and mechanical issue. I've always been really happy with Ideal Doors. They've been doing my garage door maintenance for over 15 years.

I have used these guys for years on several of my rentals and they are always professional and great. Non-rental related issue this time, but our own home and called Janet in the office this morning and she had someone out within the hour! It turned out to be a bigger repair than we thought, but done within hours and Tyler (tech) was awesome and helpful and explained everything and VERY pleased with the work. Super nice people to work with and getting the job done and I have referred them to many friends over the years who also use them and trust them. These are the guys to use.

I'm so happy I contacted Ideal Garage Doors. I have received amazing service from the time I made the call until my new door was installed. I was pretty sure my door was beyond help but the technician checked it out anyway to see if it was worth repairing and found it was beyond repair and actually felt it was unsafe to use . He didn't come prepared to install a new door but made a phone call to his manager and was able to get a team to bring the door I wanted while he was breaking down the old one. The team worked diligently to get the door installed and I couldn't be happier. Due to the extreme heat I wanted to upgrade to an insulated garage and was happy they had it in stock. My original, contractor grade garage door spring and cables broke on a Thursday evening in May 2022, rendering it completely useless. I called Ideal Garage Doors on Friday morning and within 2 hours, John, my sales rep was at my home discussing options. We discussed options and I found the door I wanted and color and they had it in stock. I asked him how long it would take to get techs out to install and he replied with today. In a couple of hours, today. Mike and Sarah were dispatched to my home and had the new door installed by the afternoon's end. Both were extremely knowledgeable, professional, polite and personable and could not have been any happier with the service I received that day. When my door was initially installed, there was a small ding on one of the panels at no fault of Mike or Sarah. Damage can and does occur during shipment. They said that they would note it, and order a new panel and get it installed looking forward to August 2022 when again, I received outstanding customer service by techs CJ, Mark, and Lisa. They came to my home to install the new door panel replacing the damaged one. They showed up within the time frame they were expected and all were extremely knowledgeable, professional, polite and personable! Ideal Garage Doors in my book get two VERY big thumbs up for their quality product and their quality techs and I will highly recommend to friends and family!
