We have been in our home for eighteen years and we have hired Expert Chimney Services to inspect our wood burning stove . They are unbelievably great at what they do . Jock Rotella the owner , Cindy who works in the office and all of the staff who have been in our home have been a class act . Thank you Jock , Cindy , Mike , Ryan and Matt . I would have to say that I am totally satisfied with this company. The call was answered promptly when I place the service call. The scheduling of the inspection was in a timely manner and showed exactly when expected. The gentleman that serviced my chimney was super professional and knowledgeable. I believe his name was Ryan, please forgive me if I messed the name up. Although not the final word on the overall inspection he made me aware of what to expect and solutions. Within a couple days I was notified with the overall health of my chimney and offered solutions based on my need. I will be working with them in the future.
