So, the HOA hired Foster-Premier, Inc. to do some powerwashing and staining on our decks. They used my water from the front house spigot to wash the deck, but they didn't put the hose on right. As a result, my basement got flooded with water. The carpet and padding got soaked, the baseboards started cracking, and the walls started bubbling. I tried to tell the HOA about it, but she said it was my fault and that something else must be wrong. She didn't even send anyone out to see the problem! But I know the spigot works fine because I use it all the time, so there can't be any cracks or anything like that.

I gotta say, Foster-Premier, Inc. ain't all that great. They don't seem to be enforcing their HOA by-laws, like giving notice of meetings and enforcing fencing restrictions. The CAM even said that homeowners don't even attend the meetings, it's just a committee thing. And they're playing favorites with who they enforce the rules on, letting some people get away with not following guidelines while denying others. Plus, they're letting non-deeded homeowners serve on the board, which ain't allowed. The President and Treasurer in 2015 weren't even supposed to be there! Overall, not impressed with Foster-Premier, Inc.
