Powertrain Products review: Transmission replacement

This transmission I purchased from power train products was leaking from the time it was installed. I called dan in the warranty dept. He told me to remove the tail shaft housing from it & inspect the sleeve on the back. The sleeve was just sitting in there & was not pressed in. After a month of back & forth he sent me a replacement transmission. Now he is telling me there is nothing wrong with it & the sleeve is in fact installed correctly. They are dening my claim & dont want to pay my labor charge.
