Powertrain Products review: 2002 dodge ram 2500 transmission

After receiving this product on time, It shows that was not a good working product. After paying for a new one in January 2026 and returning the one damage, i was promise to get a refund withing 3 months if they can confirm the damage. In early July this years they indicated that the claim was approve a I should receive a check soon. No they do not respond to my calls nor the respond to Emails. Last Thursday August 21th I was in call waiting 5 Hrs 20 Minute with no response. This is extremely wrong and everyone need to know
