Pos Laju Miri Sarawak β€” customer phone service

Tried calling Poslaju Miri today (22/11/18) to enquire about a package. The first time the call went through but the person ended call immediately after picking up. Subsequent calls to the both service numbers did not go through. Stated "user busy". Suspect that operators picked up the receivers so calls won't go through as we have seen this occur before at poslaju outlets. States that parcel is in Miri but not dispatched and unable to call for enquiry. Please be stricter with workers, customer service really SUCKS. πŸ‘ŽπŸΌπŸ‘ŽπŸΌπŸ‘ŽπŸΌ
