Poore's Propane

Excelent service for supplying propane gas; however, my acounting experience was less than optimal. I routinly pay my bill as it relates to meter charges and administration fees. My most recent invoice included fees for the renewal of a "maintenance contract". The maintenance contract fee appeared on my bill over the course of (2) months after I informed the service department of my desire to get a completive quote for HVAC maintenance. Most recently, I recieve a telephone call and a phone text message stating I was on the verge of service disconnection. First, I have my original service contract and there is no written statement regarding automatic renewal . I spoke with the vendor about the lack of notification regarding an automatic renewal. I was told when a call was made to schedule service, that call was notice. Wrong. A renewal clause must be in writing. I also incurred finance charges because I did not renew along with the treat of discontinuing service. If meter charges and all applicable fees are paid and up to date, must customers maintain a service contact with Poore's. I think yes, or, why would I be threatened with a discontinuance of service . Clarification of policy along with transperancy of Poore procedures is missing and desperately needed.

I left $135.00 in a sealed envelope for the delivery driver under the propane tank lid. I got a call sayin' nobody was home for the delivery and there was no payment under the tank lid. I called Poore's to report the complaint, but they didn't do nothin' 'bout it. So I called the police and made a report. The driver took the money and didn't deliver the propane.
