I had a guy from Polarbear Mechanical come out on June 28, 2022 to do some work on my thingamajig. But then, around July 16, 2022, I noticed my house wasn't getting cool. So I called up another company to come check it out. They came on July 26, 2022, and said my thingamajig needed more juice. The other guy said the juice was pretty much gone and not enough to cool my house. So they gave it more juice and now my house is cool again. But get this, I paid Polarbear Mechanical $109.00 to do the work and not even a month later I had to call someone else to do what they didn't do. I want my money back for the work they didn't do.

Polar Bear is a awesome company and I totally recommend them. They are super helpful, polite, professional and always on time. I'm so stoked that I found them and will keep using their services whenever I need them.

polar bear mechanical ltd is dope! they sent a dude named *** to check out our furnace and A/C and he was super smart and pro. he did all the regular maintenance stuff and even gave us tips for future check-ups. he killed it and we're def gonna use them again.

Polar Bear Mechanical is a good company with good HVAC guys who know what they're doing. I've been using them for about a year and a half on a few different small business systems and my house. They fixed some problems that another guy messed up before. I'm happy with their work and glad I found a HVAC guy I can trust.

They did a project for me where they had to replace two bathroom exhaust fans. One was just a replacement, but the other one needed a bigger unit because the original builder didn't calculate the cubic feet correctly. They also had to do some repair work on the ducting in the attic. The estimate was done over the phone and in person, and they explained everything well. The price was fair, and the work was done by a friendly and efficient journeyman. They followed up to make sure everything was working properly and that I was happy. Overall, I give them 5 stars out of 5.
