plenty of fish has an option that any other member can black list you for any reason without explanation. POF has NO phone contact to appeal. They refer you to an appeal form which "must be completed or they will not respond". and when the form does not work and you tell them about it they simply respond that you must use the form and close your email contact.

In addition I PAID FOR A SERVICE FRATURE which I have NO HOPE TO RECOVER because they are unreachable!

I have occasionally visited POF since Marcus first started it. It has been falling spart since match took it over.

They sre deliberately running it down to favor the several other paid services they monopolize.
