PlumbersStock review: Poor customer service

I ordered a valve from them and got the wrong one. No big deal right, just return it. I have tried. They needed a picture so I sent it. Did everything they asked. They sent me a email with what they said was a pdf packing slip for the return. When I click on the attachment it is actually a link to the site. Called them back and they said that has never happened and would send me another one. I said I would wait on the phone for the email so I can make sure it works. The line was DCed and I never received the email. I tried to call them back but can't get anyone on the phone.
