Plumb Pros review: They never called us back

We were left hanging by a company for 12 hours and decided to call Pros. Went through the phone call and waited for a call back. A couple of hours went by and we heard nothing. After four hours we went back to searching and finally found someone to help us with a simple toilet clog. We have a hundred year old house and until some of the system is replaced we get clogs. The first place that left us hanging we had gone to for years so it was disappointing. Trying this service just once and even as of this morning we've had no call back. We did finally find the person we will call from now on however.
