Platinum worked on 2 separate roofs. Paulo is great to work with. He listened to my concerns and was ready to listen. I would recommend Platinum Level to anybody who needs a new roof!

Im so fustrated with Platinum Level Restoration, we started the process of getting our roof replaced by them back in May and it's now Oct and it's stll not completed. We have a water leak due to tearing of ice and water shield from when gutters were installed according to them, there's damage to our floors and walls and all they do is give us the run around. terrible about returning phone calls
terrible about returning phone calls. Its been over 5 months and still havent finished the job. Broke a light and still havent been reimbursed for that then unfortunately found water leaking in the basement after they took the outside water faucet off to side around. Water leaking into a carpeted walk in closet in the basement that we hardly ever go into for close to a month before i found it. Im sick to my stomach! Not a happy customer and would not recommend.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
