Love my siding! Workmen were courteous and efficient. Will definitely use company for future projects! Previously added on sun porch so much warmer with insulation under new vinyl! Will get much more use of room now. My new front door is beautiful and sliding door between kitchen/hearth room to sun porch makes an amazing improvement. More projects to be done and will use this great company again!

I will have to say the work hasn't even begun and already have as terrible feeling about this company. It's clearly you do everything you can to take advantage of the elderly and quote them astronomical prices. How in the world do you sleep at night? There is something wrong whenever the company must go knocking on doors to get business. That should be the first clue of what their business is like."

Overall we are very happy with the new gutters that were installed on our house. The installers did a great job at being upfront with any issues as well as cleaned up thoroughly. The sales team that quoted us made sure to properly explain the product, as well as the installation process (almost too well). My only complaint would be to make sure to keep appointments to an hour or less. I will definitely refer in the future.

After meeting and choosing White Oak to replace my roof, they came by 3 times and inspected and measured my home before ordering and delivering materials. Their roofing crew then arrived and replaced the roof, including decking in one day. The next day their gutter crew arrived and replaced all the old guttering. They were very professional and cleaned up all debris. I was very happy with the service and the finished roof and gutters.

My wife and I were impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the high quality roofing and gutter work performed by White Oak Construction. We give them 5 stars. We highly recommend their company for any home improvement needs. We appreciate their honest assessment and evaluation of our needs. We were also impressed by the caring concern of their staff, from the owners down through those doing the work. It is like we have a new house. Quite a transformation.

Came out and gave estimate, offered in house financing for my attic windows. Signed all paper work that day. Woke up next day to 4 hard inquiries on my credit none of which was in house financing as promised, called and representative said she was sorry finance officer never seen the note to not find outside Financial help. Credit dropped 15 points on one and 18 points on second, never herd back from company and never installed windows. STAY AWAY FRON THESE GUYS. 06/12

I have worked with this company in the past and have been very pleased with their work. I contacted the company about replacing my roof. From start to finish, the people were pleasant, professional and honest. Everything was delivered as promised. Although I didn?t need to, if a situation arose, I had a reliable number to contact with questions. They definitely stand behind their quality work and make adjustments if necessary. I will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

It's raining and my gutters are doing their job of keeping the water diverted away from my foundation beautifully.The workman not only did an excellent job, they allowed me to watch, ask questions and therefore come to a more complete understanding of the construction and work of gutters. While it may not seem necessary for me to know anything of the workings. I have more confidence in the work because of the education. I'm appreciative of the instruction as well as the quality work.

On July 7 *** Construction replaced 10 windows in my home. It took quite some time for the windows to arrive from the manufacturer but *** was ***-on-the-spot once they arrived. A two man crew was able to remove the old windows, install the new ones and do a complete clean-up of my property in one day. I am extremely pleased by *** Construction and the professional way my job was handled. *** M.

We have had White Oaks helping us update our home for the last 6 years. Working with our limited budget to get our home more efficient and beautiful. We have replaced windows, doors and roofing during this time. Every interaction with their team members have been great and professional. Every time they ran into an unexpected snag during installation they worked through the issue until it was solved. We plan on continuing our business with White Oak until our home improvements are complete.

I found all the personnel at White Oak very professional and informative. I had all the windows replaced in my home 2 years ago and I love them. The only one I did not replace was a large window in my living room. I replaced that window this month and I love it. I found in the 2 years I had the other windows my heating and air conditioning bills were lower. I love the ease in cleaning the windows. I am in my 70's and can't be climbing ladders anymore. I can clean my windows and never have to go outside. I feel safe in knowing if something should break, they are only a phone call away at no charge. I highly recommend this company.

My family recently had White Oak add gutters to our home that had no existing gutters. The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. The sales rep came to our home and talked with us for quite awhile, getting to know us and asking us questions about what we needed. The crew called 48 hours before the job. At the time, our family had covid and were quarantined, and they were willing to do all communicating via text and call. They completed the very large job in a day and a half, cleaned up all messes made, and called to let us know the job was finished. A few weeks later, we got a thank you note from the company. We will absolutely be using White Oak Construction again!

the sales reps were friendly, explained the product in depth didn't rush us or push their product on us. The installers were quick and efficient. They took the time to answer questions that I had while they were installing and also did not have a problem with us taking pictures during the installation so that I have them for the possible future homeowners. They cleaned up as they went along and especially after they were done. I told them that I couldn't wait to get these windows paid for so that I could have them out to do the rest and they took they time to look at how they would start to do the job. The windows are great. The room is warmer and quieter. I will be curious to see how they affect the heating bill this winter.

Do not "trust" them to keep their word. I ordered windows, a storm door, and a patio door in April . In October, the work was completed, but substandard. Workers did not clean up the debris from installing the windows and I was not told they would not put my blinds back up. A screen was torn and a window had a chip in it. The storm door did not fit the door frame so they used pieces of shims to build the doorframe out so the screen door would fit, but it still had a gap along the bottom of the door. The doorframe was completely ruined with *** holes. I had to have an entirely new doorframe, door, and screen door installed. To top it off, when two representatives came to view my concerns, I was asked what other problems I had besides "cosmetic." Evidently, they thought my complaints were all cosmetic issues. I did not and still do not think they were. I am retired and paid a lot of money for their services. Boy, was I disappointed.The patio door has blinds inside which operate with magnets to raise and lower, open and close. The magnet kept breaking loose, resulting in the inability to operate the blinds. They came twice to repair it and after each repair, the magnet broke lose again. It has been broken for the past three months. In addition, I have to slam the door to get the lock to work, which should not be necessary. I have been trying to work with them to repair the patio door since November 3 and have called three times since then. They only have one part-time customer service person. The last time I spoke to the C.S. person, I was told they were ordering a new side panel patio door and would replace it. It has been months with no word. I will have to replace the patio door but will get it from another company.When they say "trust me," don't believe them. I paid much more than I should have, believing they would give me good products and services. I will never do work with them again and I advise anyone considering them to walk away. I am extremely disappointed and feel I have been taken advantage of.

So, my dad kicked the bucket and left me in charge of his stuff. I was going through his bank account and saw he wrote a check to White Oak for 10 grand. I called them up to let them know he's dead and talked to some dude named ***. He said he'd check it out and call me back, but it's been six weeks and I ain't heard nothin'. I left a message, but still no response. I just wanna know if they're gonna do the work on my dad's house or give me my money back.

I signed a contract with White Oak Construction for a home remodel on June 18. They started work on August 17, and they said it would take 4 weeks. But it's been 16 weeks, and they still haven't finished. I've had lots of meetings with the project manager to talk about how bad the work is. They've made lots of mistakes. I have dates, emails, and texts that show how they haven't fixed the problems. They haven't done any work on my home for 3 weeks. I left 3 voice mails this week, but they haven't called me back. White Oak didn't do what they promised in the contract.

I got some siding from White Oak Construction Corporation in 2011. But, since about a month after that, we have had gaps pieces just fall off. They come over and just snap it back on. However, it appears the Silicone they used is just falling apart. They did not attach the siding well at all. Part of it has even melted on my garage? Now the service manager has been a nightmare. She has been called several times about this same problem. The 1st time about a month ago she was nice and told me she would have someone come put and check everything and make certain it was right. NEVER HAPPENED. I called again this time she said so sorry it's been busy and I had her change my phone # and again she was going to have someone call me. NEVER HAPPENED. A week later I called back she asked would Wednesday or Thursday 5/25 or 5/26 be better. I said Thurs 5/26 I cleared my day. HERE AGAIN NOBODY AND WHEN I CALLED THIS TIME SHE CALLED ME rude, said she never said she would send someone out. Told me her service guy was on vacation! My family could hear her yelling at me and yes I yelled back. However, I am the customer and I am the reason she has a job! She is not a good customer service rep for the company at all. The product I received keeps failing and supposedly I wasn't going to ever have to deal with painting or siding again after they put this up. Well, I say FIX IT!
