Lindsey Construction & Design, Inc. is the bomb! They were recommended to me by a neighbor after a hail storm messed up my roof and siding. The guy who helped me out, ***, was super cool and explained everything to me in a way that made sense. The workers were awesome and finished everything up super fast. I just gotta say, Lindsey Construction & Design, Inc. is the real deal! I'm a new homeowner and *** was able to break it down for me in a way that made sense. He explained everything from start to finish, including the colors and insurance stuff. No problems at all, and they treated me right the whole way through. They were quick too, like lightning fast! Wow, the work done by Lindsey Construction & Design, Inc. was amazing! The whole process was super easy from start to finish. The sales guy came out to check out the damage from the storm and he was really good at his job. He handled the whole claim process like a pro! When the work started, the crew was so fast and efficient, it was done in just one day! And the end result was beautiful! I definitely recommend Lindsey Construction for a job well done!

I found shingls in my drivway after a windy day. I called a few roofers to come out and give me a price. Only Lindsey Construction and Design got back to me. Luke came out and met with my insurance guy and looked at the damage. They both agreed that I needed a new roof and I only had to pay the deductible. The Lindsey crew came out and replaced my roof in one day! They did a fast and good job with a great clean-up. I am very happy with their work.

I'm so happy with Lindsey Construction & Design, Inc.! They sent someone to check out my roof and they found out that there was storm damage to my house and garage. They helped me with the insurance claim and made it super easy for me. The crew that came to fix everything was amazing. They did a great job and cleaned up everything afterwards. One of the workers even told my wife about a bee nest on the ground so she wouldn't get stung. She's allergic, so that was really thoughtful. I really appreciate the great customer service from everyone at Lindsey Construction & Design, Inc. Thanks so much!

This company put a new roof on my garage. They finished it quick, but left long nails sticking through the ceiling that caused damage. They said they would fix it if it started leaking during the warranty, but it still hasn't been fixed. They sent a lien notice for the last payment, even though the ceiling hasn't been fixed. The notice has been sitting on my table for 2 weeks because their employee couldn't pick it up before my vacation. Now I'm back from vacation and there's a lien on my home with lawyer fees attached. I won't recommend them to anyone.

What a nightmare! I wasted a whole month of my time with Lindsey Construction & Design, Inc. I just wanted a gable roof, but Guy wanted to get involved in all my renovation plans. He brought his boss out and tried to make me sign a contract, but I didn't. Then he wanted blueprints for a dormer and his builder came out to price it, but it was way too expensive. I asked him to get prices on siding, but he didn't do anything except for the one I had already found. I didn't need a contractor or designer, just a builder. He didn't follow through with anything I asked for. He just wanted his name on the project. He talked about his faith, but I think he's just a scammer looking out for himself. I can't hate, but I won't recommend this company to anyone. I just wanted a good roofing company that does metal roofs, but after reading reviews, I'm not going with this company.

we had Luke S in charge of our roofing job. The company did a excellent job. they cleaned up all debris. He worked with our insurance co, and finished the job on time.

at Lindsey Construction was very thorough in his estimate, and was quick and easy to communicate with. The crew came in and within one day had our old roof torn off and the new roof put on. The gutter crew were excellent and worked extra hard to remove and reinstall our gutter guards. Ron made us feel at ease and confident we were getting a great product.

I used the services of Lindsey Contruction to replace my roof shingles and gutter guards that were damaged by hail. The representative I dealt with was Ronald K. Ronald was very knowledgeable; willing to give advice; and very professional. Ronald and his crew did an excellent job in replacing the roof shingles and thoroughly cleaning up the property. I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately I cannot assign the company a negative 1. Guy was our roofer, he had mom who is 78 sign a contract that had no written dollar amount estimate but could not be canceled after 48 hours. The insurance company inspected the roof a week later, while he was here with the lindsey worker named guy guy explained there was a nearby neighbor who had been denied a roof replacement so he had to go to his house but would be back in enough time to speak to the allstate inspector, of course the inspector was in his truck ready to leave when guy made it back so they were unable to go on the roof together, discuss anything and guy took no pictures of the outside. I did ask him to come take pictures of the inside ceiling water damage from the roof and he did so with the laser type camera. He notoced my waffles sausage and eggs i had been unable to devour and confessed that he hadn't eaten yet but was hungry. I offered to make more he declined but wanted the links that were there. I offered him one link then he wanted a second which was fine. He never sent the inside pictures to allstate nor myself even though emails were exchanged. He evidently never sent pictures of the roof or estimated repairs either. Four days went by and allstate only agreed to replace 90 tiles. That was ok with me i called and asked guy how much would his estimate be to complete the work. He was agitated saying why wouldn't you want a new roof you live in Fairlawn everybody else gets one do you really want to pay 25k out of pocket, if so i can come out and write it today? I said no but they already deposited the money in my account and i only have 4 months to get the repairs completed and show them proof. If the roof is minimally damaged i do not need a new roof. Guy told me to contact allstate and tell them to have another inspector come out, this time he will stay for the entire inspection and take pictures. I called allstate and they told me to have the roofing company take pictures, write up a complete estimate then submit for review. When i told him that he said he will come back the next week and do so. He never showed and i texted and called. Finally i texted on mother's day to end the contract he said no. He said he would take care of it Monday. Monday he had not called or come by. I googled contract and it listed 4 steps were needed to have an official contract. He only had mom's signature. I texted him this info and fired him. He said he had run out of time today and i was his next client but that he would retrieve his sign the following day. I explained i would be making a ComplaintsBoard.com review of our experience and he apologized and said God bless.

Got an estimate on 11-11-24. Was an insurance claim. Decided to add gutter guards. Kyle the guy doing the estimate was very vague. Besides telling us the shingle he was using, he never described any other material brands he was using. He never showed me pics of the gutter guards. I signed the contract. Biggest mistake. Don't ever sign the contract with these guys as they will sue you and put lien on your home if you later decide not to use them. That is what they are doing to me. I decided not to use them when I read the contract and it stated that my addition was not part of the estimate. When I asked why he said that was for insurance purposes and that my entire roof would be done. That seemed shaddy to me, so I decided to not hire. Now he's threatening to sue me! Stay away from this company and don't sign anything! They have threatened many others with liens! I will notify the attorney general next. Already notified bbb!

I got Lindsey Construction and Design to do three roof jobs for me, but there were some problems with them that I can't fix. I talked to the boss on October 9th, but we didn't agree on anything. So, I offered $4,500 to fix things, but then they put mechanic liens on all three properties. I tried calling the boss, the secretary, the foreman, and the sales people, but they didn't call me back or make me happy. They want me to pay for bad work and work they didn't even do. It's not cool, man.

I hired Lindsey's back in '08 to fix up my roof. But for the past 5 years, I've been dealing with mold all over my ceiling. I had to file an Insurance Claim and get a new contractor to fix it up in Jan '21. Turns out, Lindsey's had covered up the ridge vent with tar paper and shingles, which stopped any air from flowing in my attic. That caused mold to grow on about 25% of my attic. And since it was their fault, my insurance company didn't cover it. I've been calling Lindsey's for a while now, but no luck. Last call was on 2/8.

I had a really bad experience with Lindsey Construction & Design, Inc. in March . The workmanship was terrible and it took forever to get the work done. It's been 6 weeks and it should have taken only 2 weeks tops. They didn't do things that were in the contract like soffit and window wraps. I had no TV in my office and 2 other rooms because the workers cut my cable. Please, if anyone is reading this, do not hire these people. They don't call back and they show up unannounced. They hung lights upside down and the downspouts were crooked. The insulation was hanging out above the windows and there was no caulking by the vents. The gutter they hung was leaking and they call an 18-inch flashing on the window ledge a window wrap. I could go on even more. They're so slow on everything. One last thing, they put vinyl siding over my A/C vent outlet and the A/C unit was smoking. It could have burnt my home down if my wife wasn't home.

Lindsey Construction put a metal roof on my crib in the winter/spring of 2020, but they did it all wrong. It caused a lot of damage and problems to my home ever since. I hit them up a bunch of times, but they said they can't do anything to fix their mistakes. The pics I uploaded show how bad their work is. The roof transition is whack (water runs into my crib), the panels are bent and scratched, and they used poor quality materials. They cut the roof too short (water runs behind the gutters and messes up the new stucco walls), there's a ton of missing screws, too many screws in other places, and a bunch of holes that let water in. We're trying to get it fixed. Check out the pics and thanks.

I asked for a bill from Lindsey Construction & Design, Inc. for the work they did on my house, but they won't give me one. I talked to the owner, ***, about some things that weren't done that my insurance company said should be done, but he said they didn't have to do them. I'm going to pay the bill anyway. He didn't talk to me for a long time and then he came to my house a few times recently and said he's going to put a lien on my house if I don't pay. I think it's normal to get a receipt when you pay for something. I always get one so I can remember what was done in case there are problems later.

I jus had Lindsey Construction & Design, Inc. put a steel roof on my crib. The work was kinda messed up. There's a bunch of gaps and spots where water can get in. I tried to talk to the boss, but they keep havin' the project manager call me. He said it's supposed to be like that, but a home inspector saw problems from the ground. Plus, I seen other houses with steel roofs and they look way better than mine. Now my patio is leakin' and it wasn't before. The company keeps givin' me the runaround. They charged me $8500 and I paid half upfront, but I ain't payin' the rest until they fix it right. They also messed up my gutters with their ladders and said they were already messed up. Thanks for listenin'.

Lindsey Construction dude Tony K came to my crib in early September to check my roof after a hail storm. He said there was damage and got me to sign some insurance repair and contingency contract so they could replace my roof. He said they'd get it covered by Allstate and I'd only have to pay my deductible. He did an inspection with an Allstate rep who only approved limited repairs, but Tony said it was normal and they'd have to replace the whole roof once they got in there. I was skeptical but signed the contract anyway. He said they'd be there within a week, but I haven't heard from him since. I called him 3 times and he made excuses for the delays, but never called me back. I called the company office in November and a lady said she'd look into it and call me back, but never did. I called again on Monday and the GM was in a meeting and never called me back. This ain't no way to do business.

Lindsey Construction came to my crib and asked if I had any hail damage to my roof. After checkin' it out, Lindsey found hail damage that was covered under my homeowners insurance policy. Communication was good at first. The work was done and I was happy, except for a few issues. Once they got the money, the happiness stopped. A few gutter guards were missing that took over a month to replace. There was also damage to several gutters (paint scratched off, roof line not flush with gutters). I called Lindsey several times, but they never hit me back. Almost two years after the contract was signed, I peeped a leak in the ceiling of my garage roof. I called Lindsey, but they didn't respond. The leak wasn't on the inside of my crib and wasn't a big deal at the time, so I decided to wait until the following spring to fix it. In the spring, we had a big rainstorm. I heard water dripping on the ceiling from the spot I identified. I called a representative from Lindsey who's card I found on social media and he came out quick. He checked out the damage and said he would be in touch to investigate the cause of the damage and ideas on how to fix it. I never heard back from him. Then, I called Lindsey's office. I was transferred to a manager who took down my info and said that since I was calling over two years from the date I signed the contract, it wasn't covered under warranty, but that he would be in touch to see if anything could be done. Again, no response. I agree, there is a two year warranty, but that two years doesn't apply to when I call-it applies to when the issues were spotted. The damage was noticed within two years. Clearly, Lindsey got my money and was avoiding the issues, hiding behind the warranty language that did not apply. I found someone to check out the damage and he found several problems with how Lindsey put on my new roof. I hope the repairs hold, but I'm still left with having to pay for something that should never have happened, plus unsightly gutters from Lindsey's poor business behavior. The behavior changed after the chase for the insurance money. This is disappointing from a company that says they do "expert residential roof installation."

Lindsey Construction did my roof in July . Lots of people worked on it, but it still came out crooked. I texted Tim pics, but he couldn't see them. He said he'd come out, but it took a long time. Finally, Danielle called and asked about the gutters. Tim came out and said the roof was too big and the insurance didn't give enough money. The gutters were okay at first, but then there was a storm and they sprayed water everywhere. I sent Tim a video and pics, but he still hasn't come back. I talked to the insurance guy, and he said maybe 6" gutters would be better. Tim keeps saying he'll come, but he hasn't.
