PlantsGuru PlantsGuru Review - Best Air Plants and Customer Service

I've been getting my plants from PlantsGuru for a while now, and I gotta say, they always come through with the best Air Plants. Since everything's been locked down, it's been really hard to find healthy plants, but these guys always deliver. Mr. Navneet is always ready to help and make sure my plants get to me as fast as possible.

I love the way they package my plants too. Every time I open the box, I get a big smile on my face because I know my plants are gonna be in great shape. I've been getting Tillandsias specifically, and they always come out looking the healthiest of any I've seen in stores.

Overall, I would definitely recommend PlantsGuru for all your plant needs. They truly have amazing customer service, and their plants are top notch. Keep up the great work, PlantsGuru! You guys are definitely the COMMITMENT KA GURU.

PlantsGuru Mixed Experience with PlantsGuru - Great First Purchase, Disappointing Second Purchase, and Unfulfilled Promise

I'm a green-thumb enthusiast, and I've always been keen to purchase unique and rare plants from PlantsGuru. My first interaction with the website was superb, and I had received my plants without any hassle. The plants were well-packed and arrived promptly via FedEx, which impressed me a lot.

But my second purchase was a let-down because they used a substandard delivery service - the kind of courier service that takes forever to deliver your order. The plants took five whole days to be delivered, and when they finally arrived, they were already on the verge of death. It was a sad scene to witness for a plant-lover like me.

In my despair, I reached out to PlantsGuru's customer service to express my grief and share some photos of the plants to illustrate my situation. Fortunately, they were understanding and promised to replace my plants with fresh new ones. Despite their good intentions, they have not followed through, and I'm still waiting to receive my replacement plants. I've reminded them several times, but they don't seem to respond.

I understand that plant shipping is a tricky business, but PlantsGuru should have been more careful in choosing their courier partner as it made all the difference. I hope they fulfill their promise and provide me with healthy plants soon.

PlantsGuru Beware of PlantsGuru: Late Delivery and Poor Service

PlantsGuru (plantsguru.com) has left me feeling very disappointed with their services. I must warn others to be wary before placing an order with this company.

I ordered plants for an event on August 1st, 2015, and was promised timely delivery. However, I regret to inform you that the plants were not delivered until October 21st, 2015, which was far too late. This caused me much inconvenience and frustration.

Despite my attempts to contact them by phone and email, I received no response from PlantsGuru. I was also not refunded for the delayed delivery, adding insult to injury.

I am disappointed that I had such a negative experience with this company. I hope that they will work to improve their services and avoid causing similar problems for others in the future.

PlantsGuru Disappointing Experience with PlantsGuru's Seeds and Plants: A Review

I have to say, my experience with PlantsGuru was not so great. I decided to give them a shot and order some Calanchchu orange and Geranium red and lavender seeds. The delivery took forever, it took 2 weeks! When the product finally arrived, I was so disappointed to find that the Geranium was completely dead and the Calanchchu pot was broken. What a bummer!

When I contacted PlantsGuru about the condition of my plants, they told me not to worry, that their plants are usually lively and come in bigger pots compared to others. I trusted them and decided to repot the Calanchchu, but since the soil had already fallen out due to the broken pot, it didn't survive. I am really bummed out about this.

I do think that PlantsGuru is overpriced compared to other online plant stores. If you're looking for good quality and lively plants, I don't believe that PlantsGuru is the best option out there. In the end, I feel like I wasted my money on this so-called plantsguru.

PlantsGuru PlantsGuru Review: Incomplete and Shabby Delivery, Still Waiting for Refund

My recent experience with PlantsGuru (plantsguru.com) has been nothing short of terrible. I placed an order with them worth 1000 Inr back in July and have been completely disappointed with their service. Despite sending them several emails, I never received any updates on the status of my delivery. Finally, at the end of September, after much waiting and frustration, I received my order - but it was incomplete.

Of the three plants that I had ordered, only two were delivered, and to add insult to injury, one of them arrived in an absolute state - it looked like it had died, while the other one was in a really poor condition. I sent PlantsGuru images of the plants I received, asking for a refund for the incomplete, shabby delivery, but so far, there has been no luck. They keep promising to process the refund, but nothing has been done.

From my experience, I would have to say that PlantsGuru is a big fraud, and should be reported and blocked soon. It is so frustrating to deal with a company that is so unprofessional and who doesn't seem to care about their customers at all. I would definitely not recommend anyone to use their services, and I wish I had done my research before placing an order. Save yourself the trouble and avoid PlantsGuru at all costs.

PlantsGuru Inefficient customer service and logistical errors - My experience with PlantsGuru.com

I had a rather unfortunate incident with PlantsGuru.com last year when I ordered three plants - including the highly coveted hazari mogra. Imagine my dismay when I received a notification that my package had already been sent to another customer in Coimbatore instead of being delivered to me. The mistake was clearly on their part, but it was nonetheless an inconvenience to have to file a complaint and go through the hassle of contacting their customer support.

I had the good fortune of speaking to a person called Mr Navneet from their office who was courteous and prompt in his replies. After I brought the issue to his attention, he promised to arrange for the hazari mogra to be shipped to me since the plant that was delivered the first time was already dead upon arrival. However, I was shocked to hear that they still sent me an empty box - yet again! I reached out to Mr Navneet and forwarded him the photo of the dead plant, but a year has passed and I still haven't received my actual order. Mr Navneet keeps on promising to send it, but these promises have not been kept.

I am not happy with the level of customer service that I have received from PlantsGuru.com. Their inefficiency has caused me a lot of trouble and distress. I know I am not responsible for the logistical errors they made on their end, so it is irksome that I have to keep on going back and forth with them over the same problem. I hope they will finally take ownership of their mistake and send me the hazari mogra that I ordered and rightfully paid for.

PlantsGuru Beware of the Crooked Business Practices of PlantsGuru.com: My Terrible Experience

This store PlantsGuru.com is a crooked business, so beware! They are not trustworthy at all and, in my experience, they are the worst online plant store I have ever dealt with. The customer support system they have in place is practically non-existent, and if you do somehow manage to get a hold of them, their customer representative, Ajay Hada, is no good. I had a pathetic experience with PlantsGuru.com, and I would never recommend this store to anyone.

One of the biggest mistakes I made was not reading the reviews before buying. They have delivered the wrong plants and did not deliver one of the plants I ordered. It's been almost a month now, and Ajay Hada has been fooling me with false commitments of refund initiation. They are all frauds, and it seems like their sole mission is to loot customers' money by the name of "Plants Guru." Such dishonest practices should not be allowed to continue in the online platform. It's illegal and extremely unethical.

I have been telling everyone I know about what has happened to me, and I strongly suggest that you never buy any plants from them. This fraudulent site should not be encouraged to run their business. They should be legally banned. So beware and never fall into their trap!

PlantsGuru PlantsGuru review: Broken products and poor customer service

I recently made a purchase of around $200 of essential oils from PlantsGuru and unfortunately, the products were delivered broken. When I received the box, I could see that it was not opened, which led me to believe that the company had mailed the items damaged. I found at least 3 or 4 broken bottles in the box and was extremely disappointed. I tried to call the company but no one answered. After waiting for a response for a while, I finally received an email from them, but it was not what I was hoping for. They claimed that they were not going to do anything about my order and this left me feeling scammed.

I attempted to wait patiently for a response, but after a few days, I knew that I had no option but to dispose of the broken glass and the strong scent of the essential oils wafting around my home. It was not easy to do, especially since I usually try to support small businesses, but I felt terrible about the poor service I received and did not want to put up with it anymore.

Upon reading reviews from other customers, I could see that I was not alone in this experience. Many others had reported similar issues and had not been given any kind of satisfactory resolution to their complaints. It is upsetting to see a company have a continuously negative impact on its customers and it makes me wonder if they realize the kind of damage they are causing. Perhaps it is time for them to take a step back and reevaluate their practices.

In the meantime, I plan to file a complaint with the Chamber of Commerce in hopes that those in charge can do something to bring about positive change. While every company is bound to make mistakes, the actions of PlantsGuru have proven to be repetitive and it is clear that they need to find a way to improve. Until then, I will have to take my business elsewhere.

PlantsGuru PlantsGuru Review: Disappointing Service & Unreliable Promises

So, I ordered something on PlantsGuru - that's plantsguru.com - and these guys told me I'd have the goods dispatched by February 16th, 2022. But guess what? It's the 22nd already, and I still don't have my Rs. 648 refund or the product I paid for. I mean, come on, man. Where's the service in that?

I tried calling the number they gave (+91-***666), but no answer. At all. I called them more times than I care to admit, and I only got through to them once on the 21st of Feb. But even then, all they did was promise that my order would ship that day. Yeah, right. It's the 22nd now, and still nothing.

It's not like they answer emails either, or messages on their Instagram page. Speaking of Instagram, I left comments telling others about my bad experience with PlantsGuru - and they went and deleted my comments! Not cool.

So, can someone help me out here? I just want my money back or the products I paid for. Don't leave me hanging, people.

PlantsGuru Disappointing Experience with PlantsGuru: Lack of Communication and Refund Issues

I'm here to talk about my experience with PlantsGuru (plantsguru.com). So, I placed an order about a week ago, along with orders from Nurserylive.com and Mybageecha.com. All of them cost me around 1500 inr. The one from Nurserylive arrived after just 4 days, and the one from Mybageecha after 5 days.

I was hoping to receive my order from PlantsGuru soon, but it still showed as "processing" on their website. I decided to send an email to ask about the delay, but never received a response.

I tried multiple times to contact them via the chat line, during chat line hours, but every time I received an "offline" response. I was getting really frustrated with the lack of communication from PlantsGuru.

I then saw a cancelation link on the order summary/tracking page, and clicked it. However, all I received was a message stating that I could cancel before mailing. I mean, DUH. Obviously, I know that, that's why I clicked the cancelation link in the first place.

In short, the whole experience wasn't a good one. It seems like PlantsGuru won't send you the product, and then make it almost impossible to get a refund. As a lawyer, I will be investigating this further, as I did with DTDC Couriers. Honestly, I would advise against using PlantsGuru and instead recommend using Nurserylive.com and Mybageecha.

I hope this review helps someone out there who is looking to order from PlantsGuru. This was my personal experience, but I hope it highlights some potential issues that others might face as well.

PlantsGuru PlantsGuru Review: Lime Green Plant Spot On, Electric Red a Letdown

So, I recently ordered a couple of plants from PlantsGuru and thought I'd give my two cents about my experience. I gotta tell ya, the lime green plant I got was spot on with the image on the website. It's been growing like a champ and looks just as good as it did in the picture. But the electric red plant I got was a bit of a letdown. It doesn't look anything like the picture on the website and frankly, I'm a little disappointed. I've attached some pictures so you can see for yourself.

But overall, I think PlantsGuru is a pretty good online plant shop. The prices are reasonable and they have quite a variety of plants to choose from. And hey, one out of two ain't bad, right? I'd be down to order from them again, but maybe I'll do a bit more research on the plants I want before I make my purchase. Anyway, check out the pics and let me know what you think!

PlantsGuru Poor Customer Service Experience with PlantsGuru

Yo, so I've been buying plants from PlantsGuru for a bit now and they're usually pretty solid. But one time, I got a plant that was in pretty rough shape. Like, it looked like it had been in a brawl with some other plants or something. I hit up their customer service to see if I could get a replacement or a refund or something, but they didn't hit me back. And like, I tried calling their number but it just kept ringing and ringing. It sucks, y'know? Like, if you're gonna be selling plants online, you gotta be able to handle when something goes wrong. So yeah, I don't think I'll be buying from 'em again.

PlantsGuru Mixed Feelings about PlantsGuru: Decent Plant Deals, But Poor Treatment of Employees

I had some experience with PlantsGuru and I have to say that I wasn't too happy with the way things went down. You see, I was working at the company and it was so hot outside - 105 degrees to be precise. So, I went outside to get some water from my car. That's when the owner's brothers came out of nowhere and started yelling at me! They were asking me why I went outside and all I could do was tell them I needed some water. But guess what? They didn't care!

Honestly, I thought the people at PlantsGuru were a little rude. Especially when you consider just how hot it was outside. The weather was so terrible, it was over 110 degrees and we were all trying to get through the day without passing out. But it seems like the management wasn't all that great either, because I didn't feel like anyone really had my back.

Despite all of that though, PlantsGuru did have some pretty good deals on plants. I mean, they had all sorts of different kinds of vegetation and I have to say, the selection was impressive. If you're looking for a specific type of plant, I'd definitely recommend checking out PlantsGuru.

Overall, I guess I have mixed feelings about this company. On one hand, I didn't feel like they treated their employees very well. But on the other hand, they did have a decent selection of plants. So, if you're willing to put up with a little bit of rudeness, you might be able to find something you like at PlantsGuru.

PlantsGuru Unsatisfactory Experience: My Review of Plantsguru's Customer Service and Communication

Plantsguru is a website that I would not recommend using. In fact, I strongly advise against it. I recently received an order from them that was damaged. When I reached out to the company, they promised to replace the damaged items. However, every time I contacted them after that, all they would say is that they would replace the items. I never received any further information or confirmation about the replacement.

It also seems that once the order is received on your end, they are not willing to help in any way. I tried reaching out via email, but received no response. This lack of communication makes it difficult to trust the company or feel confident in receiving a satisfactory outcome.

Overall, the lack of customer service and communication from Plantsguru is extremely frustrating. I suggest looking elsewhere for your plant needs.

PlantsGuru Disappointing Experience with PlantsGuru: Lost Money and No Flowers Received

So, I recently took a chance and placed an order on PlantsGuru about 2 weeks ago. But, to be honest, it's been a little bit of a letdown. Firstly, I got no partial refund for cancelled items. Was looking forward to receiving the other items but, sadly, they never came! They did suggest that I replace the cancelled plant with another one but, sadly, that was a waste of time too –I got nada to show for it!

Trying to contact them has been super frustrating. I only managed to get through to them once out of ten times, and even then, their offer of help was somewhat unhelpful. The other nine times, I just kept getting the never-ending ring of unanswered calls!

But the real kicker is I lost my hard earned cash and I'm yet to receive my flowers! Date after date, it's just not happening. I'm so disappointed in this whole experience. No good meaning behind all the flash, if you catch my drift.

PlantsGuru Poor Customer Service and Incorrect Deliveries by PlantsGuru - Disappointing Experience

So, I came across PlantsGuru while searching for some nice plants for my garden. The website looked cool with some amazing collections. I placed my order and was eagerly waiting for my package. However, I got really disappointed as many of the plants were wrongly delivered. I tried to contact their customer service but it seemed like nobody was there to respond. I sent them several emails but no reply. Also, their contact numbers were useless as no one picked up.

I thought they will take care of the issue and respond to my concerns, but its been over a month now and I still haven't heard from them. This is really frustrating. I have no choice but to look for some other website for my plant needs. It's really sad to see such beautiful plants getting delivered incorrectly and then no one being there to take responsibility for the same. I won't recommend PlantsGuru to anyone until they improve their customer service.

PlantsGuru PlantsGuru Review: An Unreliable Source for Online Plant Shopping

Wanna talk about my experience with PlantsGuru? Well, it hasn't been the most pleasant one for sure. I decided to order some plants from them, but as soon as I clicked that "pay" button, things went downhill. They took my money, alright, but then they sent me the wrong plants. How annoying is that?!

I mean, I'm no plant expert, but come on! I can tell the difference between a cardamom plant and a palm plant. And to make things worse, they sent me a sad, little branch instead of an actual plant. I think they called it "pudina" or something like that. I had my doubts at the beginning, but I thought, "Hey, let's give them a chance. Maybe they made a mistake."

And boy, did they make a mistake! I tried getting in touch with them through all possible channels. Their site, social media, customer care... you name it. But did I get a response? No sir, I did not. They just took my money and ran. I felt like I've been duped by a bunch of petty thieves.

If you wanna buy some plants online, I suggest you steer clear of PlantsGuru. They're not reliable, they don't care about their customers, and they'll just take your money and send you the wrong stuff. Save yourself the trouble and find a different source.

PlantsGuru Mixed Experience with PlantsGuru: African Violet Disappoints, Fittonia & Hydrangea Hold Promise

So, I recently bought three plants from PlantsGuru and I was pumped up for their arrival. Unfortunately, the African Violet was not up to the mark and it didn't have the stamina to survive the long journey. I was really bummed out about that, but I still have hope for the other two plants.

One of them is Fittonia and it looks healthy as of now. But, I can't help but feel nervous every time I see it! The third plant, which is a Hydrangea, unfortunately came with some slight damage. Nevertheless, I am still looking forward for it to bloom.

The order process on PlantsGuru was rather simple and easy to navigate through. Although, there were some minor issues with the website when I was placing my order, but nothing too serious.

Overall, I hope that I'll be able to watch these plants grow into beautiful treasures. I had a good experience with PlantsGuru and I am planning to buy more plants from them in the future.

PlantsGuru Avoid PlantsGuru: Unreliable shipping, wrong plants sent, infested with bugs. Customer service response is unacceptable

I ain't gonna lie, I ordered some plants on PlantsGuru website in June and it's been a headache ever since. I'm still struggling to get my hands on one plant, in particular, the HOYA white. And let me tell you, it's the most expensive plant that I purchased.

But that's not even the worst part! They sent me the wrong plant not once, but twice! And to top it all off, the plants they sent looked like it was infested with these white spidery creatures that were just munching on the plant. I sent them some pictures of the creepy crawlers but their response was pure garbage - I mean, c'mon, show some customer service!

Now, I'm asking for my money back, but nobody from the nursery wants to step up and take responsibility for the mess they've caused. To be real, they should just close down the nursery if they can't handle their business right.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend PlantsGuru to anyone. Save yourself the time and headache, and order your plants from somewhere else.

PlantsGuru Unsatisfactory Service from PlantsGuru: Ordered Dead Strawberry Plant, No Response Yet

I recently made an order from PlantsGuru for a straw berry plant on 31-10-2020, and the price was Rs418. However, when I received the plant on 13-11-2020, I was really disappointed to find out that it was dried and dead, and the root was also rotten. It was so sad to see the plant in that condition.

I immediately took two photos of the plant and sent them to PlantsGuru via email, hoping to get either a replacement or a refund. Sadly, until now, I haven't received any response from them, and I am really worried about whether they will take proper action or not.

I am hoping that PlantsGuru will look into this matter seriously and try their best to resolve this issue. I urge them to take action as soon as possible to either replace the dead plant or refund my money.
