Pima Federal Credit Union I'm really frustrated with Pima Federal Credit Union!

I'm really frustrated with Pima Federal Credit Union! They started a new mobile banking app and now I can't access my bank account at all. I tried reaching out to them multiple times today to reset my password, but no luck! I can't get in touch with them to reset my password! What kind of bank resets their mobile banking for two days in the middle of everything? It's just ridiculous! How are we supposed to pay bills or do anything? This needs to be fixed!

IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A HOLD OF ON THE WEBSITE I've been banking with Pima Federal Credit Union for over 20 years, but I got locked out of my online account when they upgraded their online banking system. I've been trying to contact them for over a week, but I haven't had any success. Every time I call, there's a long line of people waiting. I have a job, so I can't afford to wait on hold! If they truly "value our time" like the hold music says, they should hire more staff to address the issue. They don't seem very customer-focused!

Pima Federal Credit Union Not customer oriented at all!

Not customer oriented at all! I was lookin for an auto loan. I've banked with Pima federal for several years and they offered me a loan. I found the vehicle I wanted to purchase, then they put all kinds of stipulations on the deal that were not previously discussed (year and mileage) so I ended up goin with a different lender. Upon nearly completion of the deal I needed to give the dealer my down payment. I called Pima federal to let them know a large amount was gonna be withdrawn, they basically told me it could not be done and a *** of 400 a day is all that could come out. If it wasnt so difficult movin VA direct deposit, I would already have gotten rid of this credit union.

My name is Marion Marmion, I was in 10/13/2023, at 1:15pm in the afternoon. Rosa Hernandez was very rude, I went in because I was inquiring about a loan, she kept getting up to go talk to someone during our interaction, when she was getting my information. I have been a customer for 5 or more years. I have 2 checking accounts and a savings' wanted to...

Pima Federal Credit Union I can't access my online banking account no matter what I do

I can't access my online banking account no matter what I do. I've tried having them send an email to help, but they claim they did, yet I still haven't received any email. I've double-checked to ensure that the email address is correct and everything. And when I call to seek assistance in resolving the issue, the phone line goes silent.

Pima Federal Credit Union I got a safe deposit box at Pima Federal Credit Union

I got a safe deposit box at Pima Federal Credit Union. Unfortunately, I lost the key. So, I went to their business on March 3, 2022. A teller entered my request into their computer to have the lock drilled and rekeyed. However, I haven't heard anything back from them since then. I've left several messages on their phone system asking for a call back, and I've also sent them two Emails requesting a response. But, I still haven't heard back from them. It seems like their customer service is non-existent.

Pima Federal Credit Union Pima Federal Credit Union charged me $29 for a mere 31 cent overage, and then another $29 for a $4 monthly payment that occurs regularly

Pima Federal Credit Union charged me $29 for a mere 31 cent overage, and then another $29 for a $4 monthly payment that occurs regularly. With the current high inflation and cost of living, losing this amount of money is a significant burden for me. I have spent the entire day making phone calls in hopes that the company can waive these fees, but I am continuously placed on hold. Unfortunately, there is no email or chat option available, leaving me with no means to contact anyone. As a financially struggling individual, I am left at the mercy of a credit union that seems impossible to reach.

Pima Federal Credit Union I'm having trouble figuring out how to get in touch with Pima Federal Credit Union

I'm having trouble figuring out how to get in touch with Pima Federal Credit Union. I called my branch, but they just sent me to their 800 number, and now the 800 number is telling me to contact the branch again. It's so frustrating! I've never had this issue when I went to Wells Fargo. Maybe I made a mistake by moving my IRA here. And to make matters worse, when I try to reach out through my online account, it keeps saying my password isn't valid. This is making it really difficult for me to access my retirement funds. Does anyone know the number for the federal agency that oversees credit unions and banks?

Pima Federal Credit Union When I bought my car, I borrowed money from Pima Federal Credit Union

When I bought my car, I borrowed money from Pima Federal Credit Union. While I was making payments, my family and I faced a few financial emergencies, like having to move unexpectedly (not eviction), my husband needing a major surgery, and losing income because of COVID-19. In the past three months, Pima Federal Credit Union put my car up for repossession twice and asked for an additional $350.00 to retrieve it. These extra charges are completely unfair and seem like they're taking advantage of us when we're barely getting by, trying to pay for rent, food, and gas.

Pima Federal Credit Union I need access to my funds and can't get a call back for the now required appointment

I need access to my funds and can't get a call back for the now required appointment. I called *** ex *** and no answer, and voicemail was full. Then I called ex *** the manager, left a message at 2:10 PM, noted on my phone, and never got an answer till closing. My problem is I need to be able to access my funds for the IRS and other reasons. They have no problem receiving my funds and holding them. I have accounts at Wells Fargo, and I have no problem going to any branch. I can walk in and access my accounts there. Both places are dealing with the issues of the day. It seems to me Pima is abusing people's trust by making it so hard to access our funds. People like myself (retired) need access to our investments when needed, not at their convenience.

Pima Federal Credit Union Pima FCU has been holding my paychecks for at least 4 days

Pima FCU has been holding my paychecks for at least 4 days. I made a mobile deposit on Thursday, December 15. The very next day, my wife called the bank and spoke to *** at the Springerville branch about the hold on my paychecks. *** mentioned that the full amount of the check was available for use. However, my wife's app only showed a small amount available, so *** suggested updating the app. We drove for an hour to buy groceries and filled our cart, but our debit cards were declined due to insufficient funds. I asked my coworkers who bank at different institutions, and none of them experience paycheck holds. On October 5th, we deposited a check from my father-in-law. They released a small amount on the 7th, but the rest wasn't released until the 17th. In this tough economy, living paycheck to paycheck, it's difficult when you hold onto someone's money for days. We all have bills to pay and mouths to feed, and it's already challenging enough without you controlling my money.

Pima Federal Credit Union My brother passed away on July 22nd

My brother passed away on July 22nd. I discovered that he had a savings account with around $20,000 and a vehicle loan of about $25,000 at Pima Federal Credit Union (PFCU). Unfortunately, he didn't leave a will. As his only surviving sibling, I had to go to court to open probate and become the Personal Representative (Per Rep). I went to the branch in S.P. multiple times, providing them with the Death Certificate and the approved Per Rep document (which was about 2 weeks ago). I asked if the funds in his savings account could be used to pay off the vehicle loan, but they said no. Initially, when I asked at the branch if I would be able to access the funds in the account once I became the Per Rep, they said, "once you provide the Per Rep paperwork, we can assist you." They didn't provide any other information, except for informing me that the vehicle loan was overdue and I needed to make payments as soon as possible. I mentioned that I intended to sell the vehicle and asked how the transaction with the new buyer, including paying off the loan, would work. They told me that the new buyer is usually preapproved, so it all works out. Recently, I received funds from my brother's Bank of America account, which I deposited into a new Estate Account. I called the help desk to ask for the payoff amount, but they said they weren't allowed to disclose that information and told me to call the loan help. I also called 'Melissa' directly three times, as the branch provided me with her extension, asking for something in writing to help me understand my options. She left me one message, saying that if I paid off the loan, I could immediately access the other funds. On September 22nd, I visited the S.P. branch again and asked for the payoff amount or a 10-day payoff, which they provided. On September 23rd, I decided to find out how to pay off the loan immediately, so I called the loan phone number. I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then told that I could get a cashier's check, give it to them, and then they would give me a cashier's check for the savings account. I agreed and said that I would go to Chase to get the cashier's check. However, when I went to the teller at Chase, the loan officer called me and said that they could not accept a cashier's check to pay off the loan, only cash or an electronic transfer. The teller and I were shocked. So, I asked for an electronic transfer, which would cost $35 and would be processed on Monday.

Pima Federal Credit Union Repossession of car due to missed payments that the bank approved

Repossession of car due to missed payments that the bank approved. The last payment was made in September . On January 14, I received a call from *** informing me that *** had requested a payment arrangement. I let her know that I did not approve and would not sign the documents for the payment arrangement because *** did not have proper insurance on the car and the registration was expired. Also, I advised *** that *** had several serious health issues and he shouldn’t even be driving a vehicle. I advised her that it was better to pick up the car. ***’s response what that the bank was not worried about the insurance because their assets were covered with their insurance. I later learned that *** approved/processed the payment arrangement for Josue, without my consent and signature. Shortly after the payment arrangement was made without my approval & signature, on January 24. 2020, *** was involved in a bad car accident. The vehicle had to be towed from the scene and stored at a tow yard. Once I learned of the accident, I called *** informing her of the car accident and that the vehicle had been towed. *** said that we was not aware of the accident, nor that the vehicle had been towed. However, *** said she would take care of it and let me know what was going to happen. *** has been very difficult to work with during this situation. She consistently told me that I would eventually be liable for the vehicle because it was also in my name. She stated that she wanted to avoid the repossession of the car, although, she knew the bank hadn’t received a payment since September . *** consistently disregarded the crucial information I provided to her about the car and Josue. The vehicle has since been totaled and sold. *** G *** passed away on February 27. I am still waiting for a resolution on this vehicle. *** has continued to give me inconsistent information, is inconsiderate to the situation and has provided no resolution as of today. She has stated that she is waiting on the insurance claim. How is this possible, if the car has been totaled and sold? The loan on the vehicle continues to accrue late fees and other fees, although I have asked for a payoff to get this resolved and paid. The final arrangement was set up without my approval after I advised *** that it was not a good idea. I did not provide my consent/approval nor signature to process the payment arrangement. Again, now the car is totaled, my husband has passed away and I just want to resolve this car loan and *** continues to drag her feet on the situation. I keep getting late fees and credit violations. She advised me that an insurance claim was done on March 9 and nothing has been applied to the account. I also sent them the letter and have received nothing from tehm.
