Ive always did my banking at one of the big ? banks. Thanks to my wife she did her banking at Marquette Bank near 95th Kedzie , And I saw the personalized attention that was given by the branch manager. As a result I also opened up an account along with a lock box. So please with a personalized attention professionalism and courtesy notice of the branch manager ***.The manager knows you by name and all the family members especially my little girl she also loves ?***.

I live in ***, but I was born and raised in ***. I have been in *** for almost 3 years, but I still do my banking with Marquette. My son keeps telling me to leave Marquette, and the reason I don't is because they are a wonderful institution. They were friendly and helpful, efficient and knowledgeable and it was ***. Even though it's a pain to not have any branches here, I've stuck with them because I felt a sense of loyalty to them because I was always treated so well there!"

I have been a customer of Marquette Bank since 1976. Throughout the years the bank has added many more branches, but has still maintained the neighborhood bank loyalty to the customer. Marquette helped us navigate through an identity theft including use of our funds in our checking accounts; all funds were quickly restored. I feel very comfortable using Marquette Bank because for around 20 years using their services, not even ones did I had any problem with them as oppose to other banks, used in the same time. I was recognized instantly, so I didn't have to unbuckle my seat belts to reach for my wallet in the back pocket. Very convenient. Twice re-financed my property with ease and didn't even had visit my branch - "financier" came to my house and did all the paper work. Always cheerful service and no mistakes on any statements, etc. Reliable service worth mentioning.

My first savings account was at *** in ***; I was 16 years old. Throughout the years, *** evolved into Marquette Bank and, yes, I am still a solid customer and my 69th birthday is this month! The customers are treated with respect and courtesy at Marquette and the bank reps are always ready, willing and able to help -- no matter if the issue is small or large. They have always quickly resolved any matters and I must say, there have not been many issues for me. I heartily recommend Marquette Bank to anyone looking for a great bank!

Marquette Bank is where my mom banked for nearly 40 years. It is not close to my home, but I went with her on occasion. Everyone knew her name and she had complete trust in any staff member who helped her. That is so important to single woman in her 90's. As a result I started banking with Marquette a couple years ago as it is worth the drive. They are the most helpful - and friendly - bankers I have ever worked with. It was an Excellent choice of banks for 55 years, starting at the main bank on ***. When we moved to our home neighborhood of Bridgeport, we were happy that the branch bank was opened here. We have successfully used both checking and mortgage accounts at Marquette Bank. The employees at both facilities have been very accommodating in helping with all our banking needs. Some were *** mistakes and some were more serious. I now have a senior checking account here which I have recommended to several of my friends and family. Marquette cares very much about helping their customers with whatever banking needs they have. I will continue to use and recommend Marquette Bank.

We have been customers of Marquette Bank for over 45+ years of our 53 years of marriage. Over the years we have never thought of leaving Marquette back because they are a bank that cares for their customers with great customer service. We have had wonderful experiences with this bank over the years. Never had an incident that was unfriendly or insulting. In recent years we formed a personal relationship with *** in Oak Lawn. She and her staff have been very helpful with any and all requests, from counting coins to finding "crisp" bills for gift giving. I have been using Marquette Bank in *** ever since I moved here from *** because of a job transfer due to a plant shutdown. I've always used Marquette Bank as my main banking facility for around thirty years. I basically do most of my banking online, although I do walk-in service two or more times a month for other banking services. I always enjoy the courtesy as well as the help from all of the staff that I deal with. I have dealt with other banks also during my time in *** but Marquette Bank is and always will be my number one bank. The service that I've received over the years has been great or they wouldn't be my first choice in banking. I am proud to say that I have "never" had one bad experience with them!

We have been Marquette Bank () members for MANY years. The nearest branch is in our town, so it is always convenient. I love reading the *** website page for news and tips. We found the electronic feature of viewing our bank statement (easy to balance your check book!) and transferring money between accounts very useful, especially in bad weather (when you can't or don't want to leave your home!) and thru the pandemic.We mainly use the drive-thru. The tellers are friendly and always greet you with a smile. When we do come into the bank, we are greeted and the tellers are ready to assist you. We also use the drive-up *** whenever the bank is closed.*** also provides scholarships for area students and even an Adopt-a-Classroom to help teachers offset some school costs.We are glad we chose *** for our banking needs!"

Marquette Bank. Not only because I work for Marquette Bank, but also the excellent customer service!I successfully closed the refinance for my home mortgage at Marquette Bank! I must say the Mortgage refinance team is wonderful. *** was the mortgage Origination Manager that I dealt with. After I contacted him, he first made sure what my goal was to do the refinance. I think this is the best way to know the customers. After he got my documents, he called me around 4:15 pm to verify some information and he returned the mortgage analysis file through email in 30 minutes and a brief call with explanation. Refinance *** is really only take about 30 minutes!***, every time I had any questions about the refinance, he answered my questions so quick and with detail. In addition, the loan process is online process with e-sign. It is very convenient for my husband and I since we both work full time.Again, *** where I work and bank!

I love the homespun feel of Marquette Bank; like an old friend. While the facility and grounds are always up to date, the warm reception and service you receive has that old fashioned familiarity I look for. I believe you can receive similar products and services from multiple locations for similar prices or rates, it is the customer service that distinguishes which place of business I CHOOSE to use. I CHOOSE to use Marquette Bank. The greetings are warm, the smiles are reflected in the eyes of the tellers and bankers, especially when masks are used, and often my name is used for yet another feeling of familiarity. My questions are always answered, my transactions are always done right the first time, and there is such a feeling of ease as I go about my banking business. We have had all our bank accounts at Marquette Bank since 1982 and simply love this bank. We have had commercial accounts, personal accounts, business credit lines, home equity credit lines and credit cards with them. They have many branches that are convienently located and we visited the branch near our business almost daily to make deposits. We could have done the deposits on line but we enjoyed visiting the drive through or teller line because the branch managers and tellers were extremely friendly and efficient. All knew us by name and even gave our dog biscuits when he was in the car with us. Their on-line banking is wonderful and free *** pay is simple to use to receive bills and make payments on a timely basis. I use this all the time and it is a huge time saver. Marquette Bank has been in business for 76 years and has always given back to the communities that surround them. They are constantly doing charitible drives for food, school supplies and breast cancer research. They know supporting their communities is the right thing to do and they really go the extra mile, My wife and I have recently retired to *** and we still use Marquette in illinois because Marquette has always done whatever it takes to keep their customers happy.
