To whom it may concern, It would of been a great value at the cabin I stayed in for 2 nights but the Jacuzzi tub was leaking down to the first floor bathroom. I called and left a message to the office the night it happened and nobody called back the next day. The next night we were locked out of our room for 2 hours due to the batteries in the key pad lock combo were going bad. We continuously called the emergency number and when we finally were able to reach the women in charge she didn't understand why it wasn't working. After numerous attempts to unlock the door it finally worked (after 2 hours outside). The next day when I went to the office to talk about my issues they had nothing to say except that I called her late the night before. An apology would have been better than nothing at all. Thank you!
