My name is esmeralda botello,... to whom it may concern..., my husband isidro botello graduated from college at the same time that our son isidro botello jr graduated from high school and so they went to wall-mart studio and took pictures with there cap and gowns we paid for them but we never receive pictures... or never deliver to our address either... this is the sale associate aubrey session number 105091 session date 12-13-12... please we will really like to have those pictures... thank you sincerely esmeralda botello...

I RECENTLY HAD MY GRANDDAUGHTERS PICTURE DONE, THE PHOTOGAPHER WAS GREAT, BUT WITH ALL THE UPDATES IN COMPUTERS I COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT A SCRATCH SHE GOT THAT DAY COULD NOT BE REMOVED FROM HER FACE. MY PICTURS WERE ALSO OFF CENTERED ONCE I RECIEVED THEM.
The woman was rude oth times I called over to change the appointment and then was very impatient while photgraphing my kids, she did not try at all. I will not go back to the studio.
i had a wonkerful experience as usual at walmart portraits i dont go often but when i do iget my moneys worth and that means alot i a day and age when the price of everything is going up except minimum wage thank you to rhonda at studio 0657 in cookeville tn for the great pics and wonderful poses she took of my children
I work for this company. We really cannot remove or ''touch up'' facial discrepancies. I know we have the software to do it, but the company like, locks it, so we cannot:I we cannot even show customers the color enhancement (black and white with the prop in color), which i too think is silly. If that happens again, ask for the ''soft touch'' it is a focusing technique they should have done for you when they were enhancing your photos, which softens the skin and evens out tones, and if the scratch was small enough, would have hidden it completley. I apologize for you pictures being offcenter, some associates just dont understand cropping well after only 40 hours of training, next time, as them if they would mind reprinting them correctly? yes it will be another two weeks to get them back, but they will be straight.
I also work for this company and looking at when this was posted the studio was probably still film well possibly. If so that would explain why they couldn't fix centering. I agree if it was digital then they could possibly have put on a soft focus or fixed the cropping. I would ask them next time for this although there might be a slight price increase to have the soft focus I am sure you would be willing to pay for the quality that it becomes.
Took the kids and grandkids to Wal-Mart Picture Me for a group photo, first one. The young woman was rude, made no effort to organize the kids, the pictures are off tilt. Could have done just as well with a Kodak camera! We had several coupons and expected it to be under $50. It was over $150! Will NEVER go there again. I complained, was ignored. Beware, this is a rip off joint.
I hope you refused the pictures?
If it's your 1st photo and expected it to be at least under $50 then you were just being cheap. You also chose the pictures so you knew what you were paying for.
i have been in there 3 different time in 3 weeks and it is always closed i asked walmart they said it hasn't been opened all day

Went to apply for a job over at the Harriman Walmart Picture Me Portrait Studio and not only did I not get the job because I am a man the guy that was trying to help me get the job lost his because he was a man. The hiring manager made no bones about it because proove it and since I have no job try to sue.
I can smell the booze on your breath just from your text alone. That's why you did not get the job.
