I bought a new phone from Motorola, with a trade in with Phobio. I was quoted $277 for My Galazy 24 Ultra, only to get a "revised" quote on 2/17 for $55. Their reasoning claims the phone is carrier locked. I have proof that the phone was unlocked prior to shipping and their "Inspection" is a complete lie. I have messaged regarding this, but of course no one ever responds to incident tickets.
Desired outcome: Quoted amount of $277

I purchased a new Motorola phone, with a trade in via Phobio. My Galaxy 24 ultra was quoted at $277. On 2/17 I received a revised quote of $55. Per Phobio, their "inspection" showed that my phone is carrier locked. This is a complete lie! I have proof that my phone was unlocked prior to any dealings with Phobio. I attempted to contact, but of course no one actually responds to their incidents, nor are any of their support phone numbers valid.
Update: DOCUMENT EVERYTHING!

Anything and everything!
