I paid my June bill.On 7/12, I noticed the check cleared for $2.62 instead of $262 and notified my bank. On 7/14, the bank agreed and debited my account payable to PECo for the balance. Peco still harrasses me to pay. After hours on the phone I sent all info to paymentservicelostpayments. still no word. My last payment was cleared for 2.62, again.

Claimed loss: i lost my time trying to get Peco to stop harassing me for payment which was already debited from my account.

Desired outcome: stop processing my payments incorrectly
