Pharmacy Direct review: Chronic medication

my doctor has submitted my script, i have been calling pharmacy direct and speaking to incompetent agents, disgusting service i must say. i have
even sent a script directly to someone at pharmacy direct and to date i am still out of medication and it's been 2 weeks, what kiind of an establishment is this? when someone has chronic it's a life threatening condition but pharmacy direct is refusing to dispense my meds, also you have claimed on my medical aid and payment has been made but no medication received.. this is disgusting!
