LBC Express - services of your employee they dont manners and also not approachable

Please seek an attention to all your employee in metropoint branches, I was just asking for payment for online psa sa girl in front of me, and the girl with her side said wala! As in ayaw nya paistorbo sa kwentohan na meron sila, and then I asked panung wala? I was expected na isasagot nya sakin offline or etc... But she said (wala as in wala matagal ng wala)! Sabay pang asar na makeface sya, what kind of customer services na meron sila... Kung wala man yung services na nababasa ko sa psa sana sinabi nya ng maayos hindi yung klase ng pagsagot nya diba.. Walang manners... Please teach them a good manners matanda man o bata kausap nya... Hindi lang ako ang naka encounter ng ganyang services even my brother and my other colleagues.. And then napansin nila may hawak akong phone nagtago sila sa ilalim ng mesa..
