Got an auto pay taken out of my cc that I didn't know I signed up for. Thought I would call to talk or text and I can not get ahold of a human. Just taken around in circles. Do not want an ins. that I can't talk to someone. They geve a little box to supposedly communicate with someone and you just get canned questions that don't apply to what I need. How the heck do I get rid of them and get my 600+ refund so I can go with soemone else. Very poor customer service
Recommendation: Find another ins. that you can talk to a human
