Claims take over a month to review then they request medical records that are unrelated to claim. They advise they reach out to the vet, but the vet confirms that is not true. This has occured with multiple vets. I've done all the leg work to get the records (which are unrelated) and they did nothing with them. Agents just say they will reopen, keep checking. I was told that if I don't want to do the leg work, I don't need to get reimbursed. They want you to do their job, but never do theirs.
