I went into Stillwater, MN Petco to buy my daughter a gift for her new puppy and to bring my dog Bailey in to get his nails done. I was satisfied with the customer service at the front desk in grooming, although I think there should be a bigger entrance for customers to stand. While waiting for my dog there was a young woman who was treating fellow employees awfully. The young lady who looked to be doing nothing wrong ignored the rude attitude but for her to do with especially in front of a customer was unacceptable. The woman who was acting such way walked out into the store as I was there and I caught her name on her uniform, Kelly I believe it was. She looked my way without a smile or acknowledgment. Also, the bathrooms in the store were disgusting. There was what looked to be feces on the side of the toilet. I ended up waiting until I got to my next destination to use the bathroom.
