I found this company when I was looking for a law firm to help me with my child support. They said they could do a 're-determination', but I never got one. They took my money anyway, $1025.00. Chris R. had someone re-type my financial affidavit, even though I had already sent it to the states attorney two months before. I told Chris I didn't need this, but he just said sorry and blocked my calls. Someone else called me back and said they sent my money back, but I never got it.

I hired NLPA to get my husband's case back in court. They was the only ones to accept his case and promised me the world. There was a $1000 retainer fee and the whole cost was $4000 including representation by a lawyer. I was told after the retainer was paid work would be done automatically. I paid off the 1000 retainer fee and absolutely nothing was done. At all. They didnt even attempt to get my husband's case from the court. I had to pay for that also. I paid the rest of the $4000 off thinking something was going tk finally get done. I was wrong. We waited and waited and nothing. Finally we got tired or waiting and requested a refund. Of that $4000 we got $760 of it back. And as far as the "research" they did? I got 4 pages of information i could have googled in 20 minutes. No motions were ever filed nothing was ever done. All i got was attitude and ripped off. Dont let them take advantage of you! Because they definitely will!

I hired National Legal Professional Associates in October to work on my brother's case. They charged us $2500 to cover the court brief, and I had to pay an additional fee of $75 for the prison to release his medical records. I also paid $1500 to another attorney, Christopher G in ***, TX. My case manager is Wes R. However, since late May, they have stopped responding to my calls and emails. The only thing I received was a pre-brief. They did nothing else. I want my money back.

We hired National Legal Professional Associates on March 16. They were supposed to help us get an attorney and the necessary paperwork. Wes said that if we paid him 2600, that money would go to the attorney. I thought this didn't sound right, so I repeated myself at least 3 times. Wes insured me over and over again that it was the case. Wes kept saying we're going to get your husband out. We had trouble getting some of the court paperwork. I did get what I could to him. So we waited for the report that took 6 weeks to write. When we got the report, there was just a brief of what we already knew. We asked him to help us correct the presentencing investigation, and that didn't get done either. So we're left with no money to hire another attorney and still in the same position we were a year ago. My husband is still incarcerated. Wes got our hopes up that my husband would be home and made promises he couldn't keep. We're now left with a summary of our case, and we won't use this paperwork. Even the attorney Wes referred is too expensive. The attorney is going to charge us 15,000 with a year of research.
